« Lovely location overlooking the river. 15 minute drive to Telford International Centre (we were there for my daughter’s cheer competition). Close to Ironbridge which is gorgeous. Nice big room and great shower. Lovely staff. »

« Chambre au dessus du pub donc très bruyant jusqu a 23h30. Chambre qui donne sur la route bcp de passage. Avons demandé de changer mais pas possible. Pas de cb obligé d aller retirer du cash. La nuit on entend les bruits de frigos. »

« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night. Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »

« We received a very warm welcome from the friendly staff. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a view of the river. We also enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant. This was a lovely place to stay, in a picturesque position by the River Severn. »

« This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

« Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. First impressions was very surprising. Apartment was very clean. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Front room/ kitchen was also a good size.Private bathroom...
