The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends. »

« This house was amazing! We loved the house and location - high in the hills in Malibu. This house has lots of room, privacy, and also family time areas! The kitchen is stocked very well. A few items were broken; oven door was off hinges, master closet had broken shelving piled in corner and dishwasher didn’t set right in it’s place. « Our 3 families of 12 people enjoyed the location, roominess, cleanliness of the condo. Tip: Backing into the parking spaces is easier in the narrow alley. A prior review said furniture was dated- not true. We’ve stayed in some shabby rentals; this was fine. The condo had high end appliances.
