« Terrible experience the guest house was filthy, it had one fork, it did not have working Internet or a working TV. It said it had a blender. It did not it didn’t even have proper sheets on the bed. I found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I asked Vrbo to move me immediately. They just gave me a runaround and never moved me. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for myself. I had to buy a blender.. I had to buy pillows and sheets and a duvet cover. This guest house is not fit to be rented out...

« We arrived at the VRBO and followed the directions sent to us by the owner to check in. When we opened the door to the unit, the unit had sheets on the floor, trash on the kitchen counter, and no furniture. It looked nothing like the pictures obviously. I called the owner and he asked me what the issue was. After I explained, he told me there was an error and it shouldn't have been listed. Said he would call VRBO and call me back to help us find another rental. He didn't call back and...
