Get an appartment for the price of a room !
stopped at Fraser several times. Get an appartment for the price of a room ! Decent breakfast, quiet place, nice swimming pool and Gym. Very near Sea World (many restaurants and bars). This serviced residence has a lot of expats and families. Nice and helpful staff. Free shuttle to Ferry terminal. Good WIFI.

Great location but property getting run down
I have stayed at this property before when it was called Fraser Suites. It seems like the quality has gone down. The room that I was in was not in very good condition and it was freezing cold. The breakfast was just okay - not as good as it used to be. I spoke to someone at the front desk. They brought me a heater for the room but I was still cold all night. I was disappointed in the whole experience. Probably won't stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Ascott and while the people there were friendly and the shower was nicer, Fraser Place is superior in all other aspects. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, the furniture, including the bed is very comfortable, which is incredibly important, as someone accustomed to softer beds than one can normally find in China.

1年ぶりに宿泊、フロントが知らない人で、以前と同じ料金なのに以前よりも大きくレベルダウンした部屋を頑なに行けという。結局、以前から知っていたフロントが出てきて上層階の以前と同じいい部屋を紹介してくれた。助かった！というより新しいフロントはひどい！施設は相変わらず完璧な素晴らしさ！

我們夫婦二人帶年幼兒子到海上世界遊玩，從這公寓步行前往不需10分鐘，很方便。 服務人員很讚，免費升級客房讓我們很驚喜，房間十分寬敞，兒子跑來跑去樂透了，房内設備也超齊全，有洗衣機、煮食用品、電飯煲和洗碗碟機等，真像一個家。 自助早餐的味道不錯，房價如能含2人份更佳，這次我們需付RMB80多買1人份。 最後服務人員讓我們延遲1小時退房，小孩能睡個飽，十分感激！

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft gut, Zimmer geräumig und sauber , aber ein bisschen abgewohnt. Frühstück laut und gerade ausreichend von der Qualität. Preis/Leistung ok. Leider werden trotz aller genutzter Hinweise (Handtücher auf Halter, Schild an der Tür ) trotzdem die Handtücher/Bettwäsche getauscht. Verstehe nicht, warum man dann anbietet, das wählen zu können.
