« The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple more towels and washcloths in the room. »

« Amazing stay at the Wintergreen Resort. There was a shuttle service that took us to the Mountain Inn and slopes, and the accommodations offered were superb. The home was clean, cozy and in amazing shape. The kitchen had cooking supplies and utensils, plus some spices as a bonus! It was perfect for my family of 5! Definitely will be back. « The Hall Bathroom door is very difficult to close. The door needs to be adjusted.The dining room chair have got to be replaced. The vinyl backs are all split and ready to fall apart. Possibly a safety issue at this point. The chains for the rear window shades are broken and not working properly.Two of the rear windows are clouding up due to the broken vacuum seal between the glass panes. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house while in town for my sister’s graduation. Coincidentally, it was also my birthday and our 14th wedding anniversary that same week, which made the trip even more special. On our last evening, we enjoyed a peaceful barbecue on the lovely deck, overlooking the serene lake—a perfect way to end our stay.The house was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. « This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future. »

« The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend to others. Communication with the host DJ was quick and easy, as well as check in/out. The property grounds are well maintained and nestled in a nice little community. Within a mile there is a general store, a couple restaurants, ice cream, putt putt etc. »
