Motel agréable en plein centre ville (petite ville, une rue principale, quelques commerces et restaurants). L'attrait principal est l'ensemble des peintures murales sur plein de maisons et murs de la ville. Excellente et sympathique pizzeria juste à l'entrée de l'hotel. Très accueillants.

Welcoming staff, room was clean and well presented with considered amenities, and a spacious bathroom. Great location in the main street of Sheffield and surrounded by the wonderful murals of this lovely country town.

The staff at check in was very helpful with her knowledge about access to Cradle Mountain. The staff doing room service can improve by leaving clean cups and empty waste bins.

Having a child involved in rowing I’ve stayed in a lot of different accommodation in and around Sheffield, this place was so clean and convenient, definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at.

Bit old school but well maintained. Staff were great. Close to everything in Sheffield. Curtains in room 9 could do with a rethink as the rooms remained well lit with the curtains drawn.

The lady in reception was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, helpful and happily prepped a room and let us check in hours early so we could get ready for a function we had to attend. Absolute legend! The motel is really conveniently located. There are cafes and shops literally right next door. Our room was spotless and well presented. Probably the cleanest motel I've stayed in.

The property and facilities were ok. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Between 8:30pm and 11:00pm there were men right outside our room (smoking?) harassing us. We couldn’t leave the room without them yelling at us and trying to get our attention. We were doing laundry so had to exit. My daughter refused after one encounter. Really intimidating. ALSO at 7:00am construction started right beside our unit. BLARING music and using construction equipment. I would definitely not recommend unless things change around there.

Hello, I am so sorry your stay was unpleasant. Had we been made aware at the time, we most certainly would have dealt with the other guests straight away for you. As for the music in the morning we have contacted the construction company about the noise and they will ensure this doesn't happen again. I have stayed here many times, but this time I noticed a decline in the upkeep of the facilities - the kitchen sink tap was wobbly; the light in one of the bathrooms wasn't working; the heat pump was old and noisy - once we got it going; the double bed heat blankets both sides weren't working (unless there was a switch we had missed. Sorry to have to write this because it is a very family friendly and accomodating place to stay

We certainly could have addressed these right away if reported to reception during your stay, such as you did with getting the heater going. The globe has been replaced, though I could not find issue with the electric blankets. Any other issue will be attended to.
