Parking is simple and flexible, with secure underground spaces available for just £5 per night (reservation required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, though a designated outdoor smoking area is provided. Please note that the balcony is currently closed for safety and security reasons.

Guests can take advantage of flexible check-in and check-out for £10 per hour, subject to availability. Additional amenities such as sofa beds, travel cots, and high chairs can be arranged for £20. Mid-stay cleaning is available for £20, while a deep clean after check-out can be booked for £25.

Our support team is available every day from 9 AM until midnight to provide quick assistance. We kindly ask all guests to help us maintain a peaceful and relaxed environment during their stay.

In rare cases, extra fees may apply. These include lost key replacement at £50, lost fob replacement at £80, a call-out service at £50, and a house rules breach fee of £100. Extra guests are charged at £25 per person, per night.

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.
