Very good location Very friendly staff All really nice except a really major point when you travel for work and have to stand long working days: the breakbast is a joke and best to to drive 5 min to the next door diner. A pity really because this small hotel with this location has it all to be perfect.

As new owners of the property we are working on enhancements to our continental breakfast offering as we always strive to continue to enhance our guest experience. We just launched this week a more expanded breakfast adding fresh muffins, toast, bagels, pastries, and hard-boiled eggs to our current offering of cereal, coffee, juices, yogurt, milk, oatmeal, granola bars, waffles, and more. Property was run down, breakfast was non existent, could hear everything going on in the hallway, ice machine was broken and absolutely no staff after I checked in around 8pm! There was nothing redeeming about this hotel other than being on the river!

The manager of this property is fantastic! She does everything around the hotel, and does it well! She was incredibly welcoming, sweet, and helpful. The property was charming, and used to be associated with the military, and included a picture of the original building. Being right on the water was fantastic, and it was very walkable to close shops and restaurants. We will be back!!

Front desk was not super friendly but I would stay again. Bacon or eggs or sausage would be a great addition to their breakfast. Walls are thin. Run the fan.

Phone cord was broken. Had to reconnect the cables to the TV. Unable to contact front desk. Carpet was frayed. Bed frame was broken and patched. Cost was low so I guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Although coffee wasn't too fresh. Check in and check out went smooth.

It’s a cute little boutique hotel with not a lot of amenities but does offer breakfast and beautiful views of the lake. Room was clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. I’d recommend staying here

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel sits in a pretty location. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The breakfast was light with several options. There is a nice room with a view to sit.

Very comfortable and you can't beat the location. Easy to get to, easy to park, and fantasic access to the boardwalk, where there are many great places to eat.

I was overall very happy with our stay, I will be staying again in the future. I loved that I could seat outside and read while other people were walking and jogging by. Our bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Staff was very helpful and nice.
