Hôtel bien situé, très belle bâtisse, beau cadre, mais mal géré, sale et très bruyant. Sans oublier le petit déjeuner indigne d'un 5 étoiles.

hôtel bruyant musique de bon matin au bord de la piscine impossible de dormir il n’y a pas de wi-fi dans les chambres obligé d’aller à la réception et il y a beaucoup de monde donc pas de connexion propreté des chambres laisse à désirer Je des conseils pour un 5 étoiles

تحيه احترام للسيد جرجس والسيد أمير بالمطعم والسيد ضياء والسيد أيمن بالخطوط الاماميه فندق غير مؤهل لي مستوى خمسه نجوم زورت 5 غرف حتي وجدت غرفه مناسبه أكثر من ساعتين العاملين لا يعرفون اللغة الفرنسيه غير مؤهلين علميا ويعملون بالخبرة لا يوجد اهتمام بوجبات الأطفال 17 يوم لا يوجد أي وجبه تخص الأطفال الأكل لا يرقي لمستويات 5 نجوم ولا 3 نجوم من ناحيه الجودة اللحم المطبوخ مثل اللنشون غير صالح للأطفال حيث ضبط نوع تنتهي صلاحيته في نفس يوم تقديمه وهو غير صالح للأطفال حمام السباحه العملاء تنزل بملابس عاديه غير مسموح بها من ناحيه النظافة الموسيقي العاملين بها ليس عندهم أي تخصص في عمل الحفلات النزلاء موسيقي عشوائية شعبيه لن أعود مرة أخري وارجو منكم عندما تكتب أن الفندق خمسه نجوم تكتبو أي مستوي من فئه 5 نجوم

People are amazing there
Well peolpe are so friendly and amazing smiling all the time you feel comfortable meeting them room service was amazing specially Islam Muhammed he was very nice and helpful young guy thank you Islam Besides all this I think hotels must change the hotell it is not 5 STARS not even close althogh it is a very nice reaort on the Red Sea but it is not 5 stars but they are doing their best the people there

Unacceptably dirty
This hotel has rooms that I would consider to be one star and the best rooms, maybe two star. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were unacceptably dirty. Examples were smeared stuff on bedroom and bathroom walls. Lots of dust on floor. The worst was finding strands of hair in the teacups in the room. The cleaning crew never came up when we requested. In our 5 day stay we did have the housekeeping crew come to do their morning clean up but the mop was so dirty, we declined the service. The food is just okay, maybe 2 star. Overall the outside is beautiful, very scenic. But I would NEVER stay here again.

- Towels were worn out and not clean. - Four persones and they gave us two beach towels and refused to give 2 towels for the rest fo the family. - Beach is very small and rocky not as pictures shown on the property. - Mini bar was not working and had to chase them by phone, going to the reception and following up for 6 hours to get it replaced. - Had a plumbing issue that also had to chase them to fix for 4 hours. Even after the resort manager promised that he'll make sure that the mini bar and the plumbing issue will get fixed right away. 2 hours later and nothing was fixed and had to keep calling and going the reception to get it fixed. - Any room service request was delyed and you have to keep calling them repeatedly. - Public rest rooms in the resort weren't not clean. - 1 bottle of water per day for each room even if the room has 4 guests. In general you can sense that the resort management is very cheap and not professional.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Dreams Beach! It is an amazingly beautiful property, well maintained with lovely gardens. The culinary staff led by Besso were wonderful!! They made sure to know your preferences and make you feel welcomed every time they saw you. Besso even went above and beyond sending a cake to our room for our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff was helpful in all we needed. There are numerous gorgeous areas to lounge and relax and enjoy the views. We hope to return soon!

*Vast, poorly maintained resort. *Beautiful location to enjoy the sun but far to walk to areas of interest such as the old market. *Caution with buying packages (extra curricular activities), such as snorkeling as I over paid by alot. And they lie to sell items and try to upsell at time of purchase and during activities. *The front desk doesn't understand or speak very much English. Had to go several times to the front desk for things like checking in (4 times), having a plugged shower (twice) and so on. *Tipping is expected, in euros/US dollars and staff will demand it. *Staff/supervisors try to upsell and get upset if you kindly refuse to give in. *Rooms were not very clean, found blonde and black hair on floors, shower and sheets. Had broken table top on patio. * Target market are Russians and Ukrainians for the resort and area. * Area around hotel had lots of vacant and rundown hotels/business in the area.* Area safe to walk around, during the day. *Recommend to buy packages online, without pickup at resort/hotel, as taxis are less expensive and they will recommend to you not to get a ride back with them to explore the area. And they will not refund/reimburse you.

This is a 2 star not 4 star. I paid double the price of Hilton to get half the quality of experience. They would charge fir extra bed for kid when I booked for 4. The food quality is poor.

Kindly note that according to the "Children and Extra Bed Policy in Expedia" up to 2 children (up to and including 11 years old) stay for free when using existing beds. However the management provided one extra bed complimentary. As for the food we would be grateful for any further feedback you can offer regarding this point as we would like to use your experience to improve our dining options and services if possible. We also would like to notice that 3 ala carte restaurants are available for our guests during dinner after prior reservation: Mexican, Fish and Grill. We hope that you will choose the Dreams Beach Resort again for your future holidays and we will do our best to make you vacation joyful. Best regards.

More than 20 times
My lovely resort visiting it regullar from 20 years till now means onyl 1 thing it is 1 of the Best Resorts at Egypt. Best rooms view to the sea so clean, food is good in quality and quantity even during this hard days during Covid.The Beach is sooo beautiful clean and safe with the life guards who are doing the Best to keep you safe. Pool is lovely and clean.It is really freindly staff to be all of them espically MR Shawky, MR Baz. MR Romany, to be honest all the staff are super. Thanks for our nice stay

Ótimo custo X benefício!!! Resort bom em Um contexto geral. Tem alguns pontos negativos (um pouco antigo), mas vale muito a pena conhecer. Existem outros resorts com custo um pouco mais alto (tipo: R$150 a mais) em que vc fica em uma qualidade muito melhor.

ESPERIENZA UNICA E FANTASTICA
Un resort davvero FANTASTICO in tutto e per tutto: servizio eccellente, personale di una gentilezza unica sempre pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi modo e momento. Mare e panorama da favola. Cibo molto buono in tutti i ristoranti. Camere sempre pulite e molto spaziose. Mi è rimasto nel cuore questo posto... Lo consiglio a tutti!

Ένα ξενοδοχειο που δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα 5 * .Το προσωπικο ηταν εξυπηρετικο αλλα οι παροχες που αναφερονταν στο all in clucive δεν υπήρχαν πχ ιντερνετ free(Μας είπαν μόνο στο λόμπυ για τους υπολοιπούς χώρους πληρωνετε) καθαριότητα κ αλλαγή πετσέτες κάθε μέρα δε γινόταν, έτρωγες σε ένα μονο εστιατοριο κ με το που πήγαμε ζήτησαν εξόφληση αλλιώς δε μας δίναν τα δωματια

Il presonale molto gentile , il menager Saad el Saeid persona fantastica e pronto a metterci a disposizione tutto quanto nelle suo disponibilita della struttura , il direttore di Sala Mr. Bisso persona fantastica e di un attenzione per i clienti veramente ecceziona . La vacanza è stata ottima , la struttura si affaccia sul mare in un posto incantevol sulla barriera corallina , per gli italiani che vogliono provare esperienze egiziane consiglio vivamente la struttura , cucina locale come deve essere, la cucina italiana si mangia in italia al dream beach resort ti senti veramente immerso nella cultura egiziana . Grazie a tutto lo staff e la struttura per 15 giorni da favola .
