Please allow us the opportunity to clarify that due to covid-19 restriction as per local regulations, which have not yet been lifted in Egypt, and in efforts to provide a speedy check-in and limit crowds or prolonged one on one interaction, all guest are given a welcome package with an information letter that provide in details all entitlements of the stay basis and all inclusive concept. This letter is available in various languages to ensure all guests are informed of their entitlements. Outlets are mentioned by time of operation and whether prior reservations are required or not. Furthermore, There are digital booking kiosks specifically for the restaurants' per-booking system which are available through-out resort. The Guest Relation Officer and Reception members are stationed at the front office for assistance and to provide information to guests whenever approached or phoned and they would have been happy to answer any of your inquiries at any given time. We would also like to highlight that all the vital information is as well broadcasted on various LED screens through out the resort's public areas in addition to website and phone app. We hope that we were able to clear things better and we certainly hope that this does not discourage you from returning to us once again.
