Glaces assez chimiques. »

« It was a good choice on that location with a modern large onsen with outside bath. The room was large and functional. My only beef with the hotel was that although they have a large buffet restaurant with excellent staff and good selection of dishes - they are the same dishes mostly - day after day. Also meal hours are within somewhat tight limits. The lighting in the room could also be better - a reading lamp by the bed wouldn’t go amiss. Last comment - the wash basins are very low. For sure...

« About the hotel It is absolutely no ryokan but rather a huge resort with a dining hall for 200+ people, an onsen for 150+ people, an arcade games room, several shops inside the hotel, etc. It also seems that the hotel recently merged with sister hotel Wings which is just next door. Hotel room We were misled by the good reviews which referred to the main hotel. Unaware of the difference between the main and the sister hotel, we ended up in the “Wings” hotel where rooms could definitely use...

« The quality of hot springs are amazing. It's an outstanding quality. I really recommend this hotel if you like hot springs. »

« I may have been spoiled by the two previous hotels of similar budget I stayed in (Tsuruga Saroma and Kiki Shiretoko) but this hotel is way inferior. Rules dictated to you upon arrival, like you should be happy to be there. Very bad buffet (brkfst and dinner- almost the same buffet) in a restaurant with no window. Most of the food was empty when I arrived for first dinner, left me bad impression. Tiny onsen. And the room… old, small, no view, walls so thin you hear everything the neighbour does,...

« Superbe auberge.
