While we are happy to understand our associates were of great service, we feel sorry that you still experienced discomfort due to noise disturbance as well as our aging building and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our building is indeed noticeably aging which is why we are currently going through renovations. We have already extended our rooftop terrace, renewed our facade, have 2 brand new rooms extra and are currently busy with the hotel's main entrance. We will slowly go through all of our rooms in order to provide our guests a better environment. As for the safes; the are indeed loose and on our list for replacement. For the time being we have safes at the reception fixed in the wall and free for use for our guests. Lastly we feel disappointed to hear that the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. Please be informed we clean all our (bath)rooms and public areas several times a day. Inside our bathrooms, we have a list showing when the (bath)room has been cleaned last I will however share your comment with the relevant department head in order to improve on our services.
