Please be informed that our free shuttle bus from Pudong International Airport to our hotel will be waiting opposite the Gate 9, Terminal T1 and at Gate 27, Terminal 2. Thank you for your feedback. Regretfully read that shuttle service was not so enjoyable. Please be informed that shuttle service is free and at 15~30 min intervals, so no reservation needed. If that doesn't meet expectation, or recommend the limousine service, which can be arranged as single schedule and more enjoyable. If given the opportunity next time, waiting for your flight details via email, and we will recommend at all price ranges. Looking forward to your next visiting so that we could provide a better experience.
