Near a tram station. Easy to go to the airport. Breakfast was good. Nice gym room and pool. Nothing to say. I will come back if i have the opportunity

Bel hôtel, pas loin du centre ville. Accueil à la réception quelque peu mitigé car problème de communication entre Le site Hôtels.com et l'hôtel lui même qui n'a pas pris en compte nos demandes spécifiques.

Frais supplémentaire à l'arrivée. Le wifi est à payer en plus de la chambre contrairement à ce qui était indiqué lors de la réception de la réservation. Email envoyé au service hotels.com mais sans retour de leur part concernant ce problème.

Super sejour à Shanghai l hôtel est très bien situé le seul petit tout petit problème on vas au petit déjeuner en veste a cause de la forte clim pour les odeurs sinon c est génial

Un tres bon hotel.
Le déjeuner était servie au momo (restaurant de l'hôtel) a cause de la fête du 1er mai, il était très haut de gamme (jusqu'à deux type de cuisson pour le bacon) et deux cuisiniers pour faire les œufs & omelette selon ton gout. Les chambres était au niveau d'un Marriott international (4.5* et +). Le service de concierge est excellent (niveau anglais de 9/10, ce qui est rare dans un hôtel en Chine pour le concierge), il réserve même vos billet de train! Hôtel est très bien placer (a pied de la "Shanghai railway station" et a un coin de rue du métro). Pour le prix des hôtels a Shanghai, ca vaut la peine.

Clean & convenient, walking distance to Hanzhong Metro. Lawson and a 24-Hr. food shop nearby whose wonton soup is superb. Breakfast are with quite variety choices but tastes are somewaht conditional to each individual.

As usual, Courtyard is one of my favorite hotels for vacation or business trip, the room quality is good, the customer service is good, the buffet breakfast is good. I have requested to extend the checkout time to 1pm, and the customer service officer proactively extend to 2pm which is excellent!!
