Hôtels près du Shakespeare’s Schoolroom & Guildhall à Stratford-upon-Avon

« It's a very nice place... And most of all, I've been impressed by the kindness of the whole team! Thank you, Laura, Max, Mary, and those whom I don't know the name! »

« There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

« Exceptionnel. Très bien »

« Absolute disgrace of a place. Myself, my mum and my two children booked here for two nights. The fold out bed was apparently for two people. There’s no way. There was a single duvet on it and only one clean towel on top (three towels in total for 4 guests), so even the staff are aware that it cannot sleep 2 persons. This resulted in myself and my two children sharing the bed and my mum on the sofa bed. The tv flex wasn’t long enough to reach the socket. There was a used plaster, hair ties and...

« The property is perfect for staying. Large space compare to the price, Worm inside, Wide kitchen, everything is good. But otherwise WiFi signal is kind of weak so it's small minus point. Since they are not stated "WiFi" on the ammenities, may be most of customers expect strong WiFi during their stays. »

« Property is quirky and well located but outdoor space needs some TLC to make it more usable and some more friendly outdoor seating. I found it unusual to be asked to strip the bed and put into a plastic bag before departing. Everything needed was there and I would return. »
