Ok so…….first and foremost the property is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! The pool is HUGE……It has a glamping vibe. The driveway is very steep and gravel covered…..The owners and property manager are very responsive to any needs or concerns that are quickly addressed!!!! It’s a great place if you’ve planned plenty of outings (as our family did not) there’s no board games no pool toys and just enough linens for everyone to use once before washing them…… if your planning a visit just be aware to bring some extra lining maybe some pool toys (or pool floats) and a little extra to keep the kiddos occupied!!!!!Over all we had a blast….. we left some pool floats and some pool toys for the future guests to enjoy!!!!!!

This is a great home for kids, our 18 month old loved running up and down the hallway and playing with frogs by the pool! We had an issue with the toilet and property manager was there in 5 minutes and fixed it! He was super helpful!

Comfortable stay

The house was suitable and spacious for our needs. We spent very little time at the house. We had to call about the pool being green, but they sent a guy 2 days in a row to tend to it.

The beds are horrible. There’s only 3 butter knives and about 6 forks. There’s not enough silverware to get through one meal. There was only one baking dish and no other dishes for roasts, pies, cakes, etc. There’s not a whisk. Some families want to cook homemade meals but this house doesn’t have many items needed to cook. The icemaker in the fridge does NOT work. Who wants to stay in a house without ice?! The trash container is not big enough for a family that cooks. We had three bags of trash in the house for a couple of days. The towels are so small and they are scratchy. Obviously, since they are brown they aren’t Cloroxed between guests. The process of not giving the address until a few minutes before is absolutely inconsiderate. Yet we weren’t warned asked if we would like to check in early several hours before. The process is not friendly. We weren’t warned that the pool guy would be coming. He totally scared us. There was dust bunnies and cobwebs in the corners. I will NOT stay here again. I felt like we were primitive camping because of the lack of household items.

Everything was great. Except the pool. We noticed it had not been cleaned. There were frogs all in it. Frog eggs and slim all in it. We couldn't use it until they sent someone out. We were there 5 days and only got to use the pool 2 days. There were big black ants all in the kitchen. 5 of us and only 2 could shower before running out of hot water.

Super cozy!

We stayed here in March 2024 for a week. It was the best location for us as we didn’t just want to spend our time in gatlinburg during our vacation. The place itself did lack some cleaning such as dust accumulation but overall nothing gross. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but the hot tub was fantastic. The house, It was nice and big for our family of 6! But still cozy! The coffee pot leaks. It could have been operator error but we just decided to not use it after. Overall it was a great home base for a week in the mountains and we loved our stay! Definitely recommend.

We received the address via email with a word document attached (day of, while driving) all other correspondence had a different address. After a long drive, we pulled in to the office. I was annoyed,rightfully so, and there was absolutely no apology. I have reserved other properties through another site and I am alway provided the address when payment is submitted. Anyway, my grumpy group has an additional drive of 30 minutes. House was not very clean. We have amazing pictures of a hefty hairball loose in the kitchen. Dishes were not clean. Pool was sadly closed. It was ann80 degree day.
