« I have nothing bad to say about this place! It was excellent! It was very clean! Everything felt like new. They thought of everything! Kitchen was fully stocked and they went above and beyond with the extras that a lot of rentals don't do that made all the difference. It was very relaxing as an adult but also super kid friendly for our little ones! We would definitely stay here again! »

« The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. « Beautiful views overlooking the city from the hot tub. My sons 11 & 14 loved hanging out by the fire pit and in the game room. The hosts provided smores, which was a nice touch. House was warm enough and even got hot when it was freezing outside, especially with the electric fireplace on. The drive is a short distance to downtown Pigeon Forge, which was great. Only issue we had was the upstairs shower handle broke on the second day of our vacation, so 6 of us had to share the downstairs bathroom...
