Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Nous sommes resté à cet hôtel en banlieue de Cleveland afin de nous rendre aux Lodi Station Outlets. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre bref séjour, particulièrement en considérant le prix très abordable de la chambre. L'hôtel était bien entretenu et le service courtois. Le déjeuner était inclu et très adéquat. La chambre était propre et confortable. Nous étions situé au deuxième étage à l'arrière de l'hôtel avec une vue sur un petit boisé. Le stationnement et le WIFI sont gratuits. À noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenceur, ce qui n'était toutefois pas un problème pour nous.

Nobody at front desk for 15 minutes. Had to call hotel to get someone to come out to desk. Not friendly staff, Cindy. Bathroom had mould and stains around tub. Not very clean Breakfast consists of coffee, juice, apples.

Not so Super 8
Sub standard motel. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the tub and sink were clean but very worn. The shower curtain didn't have a liner so the water got all over the bathroom. The reception clerk was friendly and nice on check-in she stated there was a "small breakfast" in the morning. The breakfast consisted of Honey Buns, Granola Bars and coffee. They had a juice machine but it was "out of service." I' m glad I was only staying one night,

I missed breakfast because I was not informed of the times that it was held. I missed it by five minutes. Although in that 5 minutes, the dining area was cleaned up exquisitely.

Didnt get the room we booked but didnt wanna make a fuss so just accepted what they gave us, booked a single king and they gave us a double queen, had a non smoking room but the entryway and hallway outside the room smelled heavily of smoke, other than that it was clean and we felt safe at a great price

The room needs a complete tear down and redo. The showwr was nasty. The toilet needed to be flushed multiple times to flush. There were food crums on the table and refrigerator. I will never stay at the location again.

Room had a loud humming noise so was moved to another room by a very kind male employee. On a Not so good note: the Marijuana smell is overwhelming a few times a day on the 2nd floor in the smoking area. Pretty sure I'd fail a drug test if tested at work.

They said there was a breakfast but all they had was coffee and juice. We didn't question it. There is a McDonalds and I Hop right by the Hotel. If you only stay 2 nights they don't clean your room which is fine but you then had to go ask for more towels. In the bathroom someone wired the light and fan switch together so you couldn't just turn on the light and and the fan was very loud. There was a fridge and microwave in the room but no coffee maker. For a short stay it was ok and close to where we were going.

Overall it was good. One thing it was odd to have stuff start and persist in questioning why you don't want to pay with the same credit card you used for booking!!!!? That was quiet frustrating to be honest!

Came back again!
This is our second stay at this hotel. We decided to book again with Super 8 by Wyndham Seville because we had such a good experience the first time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. The location is great and there are places for meals very closeby.

The hotel is somewhat worn, but everything is clean and well-maintained. There was supposed to be some sort of breakfast, but I didn't see much of anything to eat in the breakfast area. They should provide breakfast or stop advertising it.

The rooms were somewhat updated however the bathrooms were very disappointing and dirty. Needs much improvement and cleaning. Cockroach in the bathroom and wet rug. First and last time at a super 8.

The room could have been cleaner. Definitely needed a wipe down. Towels were tattered. Shower curtain was in need of replacement. Also had issues with the toilet not wanting to flush properly. Even though it was a non smoking room, the property had a lingering smoke smell.
