Fully furnished and completely renovated apartment in February 2017. Located in one of the few neighborhood patios that remain in Triana, a place with charm and quiet, family, just 10 minutes walk from the city center. The House or Patio de las Flores, where the apartment is located, has been declared a good tourist attraction in Seville.
The apartment
Unbeatable location, in the middle of Calle Castilla next to Plaza de Callao and Mercado de Triana. In a typical patio full of pots, overlooking the Guadalquivir River and the Isabel II Bridge.
The neighborhood
It was traditionally a neighborhood of sailors, workers, potters and industrialists, famous for its bullfighters, singers and flamenco dancers.The first origin of settlements in the area date back to the Ancient Age, confirmed by the discovery of Roman remains.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Triana, consider this apartment! Clean, with a modern IKEA ascetic, it’s tucked away behind the Triana Market, quiet but still convenient to everything Triana has to offer, and a pleasant 20 minute walk across the bridge to the cathedral and city center. We visited in August (HOT), and the air conditioning worked well
although the apartment took a while to cool down initially. Access to the building and apartment via the app was fine. My only slight complaint is the AI interface when contacting the property manager. When using the interface, you must first talk to the AI, who then reaches out to the property manager
who sometimes takes a while to respond. The managers were great, once we were able to be in touch
but I’d prefer just reaching them directly. When the property manager responded, it was confusing to try to determine if it was a person replying, or the automatic AI system. All that said, we would stay here again! We even were granted permission to leave our luggage in the apartment while the cleaning took place
something that helped us greatly since the local luggage storage was charging 40 euros to store our bags for the two hours we needed it! All in all, a great stay!

This is a beautiful and comfortable apartment! It's clean and bright. We were three friends meeting in Seville and thoroughly enjoyed catching up in the lovely common area after walking and exploring the local restaurants and sites of Seville all day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and I would go back and stay again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped + tastefully furnished as shown in the photos. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults + 2 teenagers. There was a lot of storage space in the wardrobe for clothes + luggage with extra pillows + bedding provided. We slept soundly during our stay as it was peacefully quiet at night + the beds were so comfortable. Some reviews mention accessing the apartment through the phone app confusing but as long as you familiarise yourself with the instructions before your holiday you'll be fine. Honestly it's very straight forward and simple to use. We had no problems during our stay so had no need to contact the owner but communication prior to our stay was very good. It was very useful having 2 bathrooms in the mornings with 4 of us getting ready. We wanted to stay in a local neighborhood for an authentic experience rather than a hotel in the city centre + we were not disappointed. Triana is stunning, brimming with character and atmosphere with a beautiful 20 min walk along the river to access all the attractions we wanted to visit. It has good connections to public transport but walking is best to experience Seville. We loved Seville and wish we had stayed longer than 4 nights. I recommend a minimum stay of 1 week to experience all Seville has to offer. We will return to this apartment in the future as both the apartment and Seville exceeded our expectations!

The communication with your agency was complicated, i had several people reaching out. I also messaged for shower gel and paper towels, they said they would bring some by and they never did. I also wasn't too comfortable using a phone app for entry into the apartment. The apartment was warm when we arrived, which would have been nice if the air had been turned on a few hours before us arriving. Beautiful apartment and great location.

The location of the apartment is perfect (right near the market for your snacking/food needs) and just across the bridge from the other primary areas. There is a parking garage that, if you are driving you can book in advance through the website, is just a 5 minute walk away. The 2 bathrooms and bedrooms was just what we needed. The way the door codes are set up is super convenient so physical keys are not even needed.
