L’hôtel est très bien situé En revanche les chambres du Rez de chaussée n’ont pas de lumière naturelle … cela fait bizarre on ressent être dans une boîte

Nous avons été surpris d'apprendre que notre réservation n'avait pas été effectuée par Expedia mais par un autre organisme (dont j'ai oublié le nom). De plus, on a attribué à mon mari le nom de quelqu'un d'autre. Heureusement, il ne s'est pas offusqué. Par ailleurs, au moment de quitter l'hôtel, comme il était encore tôt, nous avions laissé nos bagages à la conciergerie et sommes allés faire un tour. En revenant les récupérer, à peine trois heures plus tard, j'ai demandé à utiliser les toilettes et on m'a informée qu'elles étaient réservées aux clients. Nous ne l'étions plus, donc, on m'a fait "une faveur" en me permettant d'y aller. J'ai trouvé cela assez impoli. Mis à part cet incident, je dois dire que l'hôtel est vraiment excellent, le petit déjeuner aussi, et que le rapport qualité-prix en vaut la peine.

Chère Thérèse,Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire, nous avons l'information que votre réservation est avec Expedia, mais néanmoins, vous pouvez contacter l'agence où vous avez effectué la réservation et clarifier avec eux puisque cela est externe à l'hôtel.Une fois qu'ils sont partis, nous n'avons aucun problème pour accéder à la salle de bain puisque vous avez été client de l'hôtel, auquel cas vous auriez pu nous le dire et vous pourriez y accéder sans problème.Nous espérons que le reste de votre séjour a été spécial et que vous apprécierez votre voyage à Séville avec nous.Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir très prochainement,salutations

Bien, mais...
Petit hôtel bien situé dans une petite rue du centre. Personnel très aimable et serviable, tant à la réception qu'au restaurant. J'ai cependant été déçue par ma chambre, que j'avais pourtant réservée des mois à l'avance et qui n'est pas la seule de sa catégorie. Chambre (no 11) sombre au rez-de-chaussée, au bout d'un long corridor sans fenêtres et juste à côté du restaurant, avec pour seule fenêtre une porte vitrée donnant sur un minuscule patio intérieur mais qu'il est impossible d'ouvrir. Heureusement, la chambre était spacieuse, ce qui atténuait un peu le sentiment de claustrophobie. De plus, ce que je croyais être un sofa est en fait un "daybed" sans dossier, trop profond pour servir de sofa. Enfin, les planchers des corridors sont en bois et j'entendais constamment des valises ou des chariots rouler à l'extérieur de ma chambre ou à l'étage du dessus. Bref, avoir su...

Superbe hôtel
Cet hôtel est superbe et très propre. Dans le centre de la ville, non loin de las Setas. Nous avions choisi une chambre supérieure et nous n avons pas regretté notre choix : grande chambre avec tout l equipement nécessaire, calme, très bien insonorisée ; la literie très bien! Le personnel de l accueil est charmant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner etait aussi très bien : varié, charcuterie de qualité, differents laits, jus etc Bref, une tres bonne expérience !

Petit joyau en plein centre historique, prestations haut de gamme, merite largement ses 4 etoiles. Decoration moderne. Sevice irreprochable, un grand merci à Laura. Cocktail d'acceuil offert, tres aprecié. Equipements de grande qualité dans la chambre, literie , draps ,fer a repasser , equipements de sport, seche cheveux . Tres belle decoration chic et epurée. Plateau de courtoisie avec café nespresso, eau minerale et gel hydroalcolique offerts. Hate d'y retourner .

The property is located very conviniently with just a short walk to the cathedral, amidst a shopping area. The rooms are very modern and clean. The breakfast was also great with loads of options. When we first checked in, we were given room #4. It was on the ground floor and extremely dark. Beware if you are booking a standard room, the windows to these rooms face inside, either to the hallway or to the inside patio. So they end up being very dark. And the ground floor rooms are darker. However, when we asked for a sunnier room, thw hotel staff was extremely accomodating and put us on the 2nd floor with a little brighter room. They could not upgrade us to a deluxe room (windows that face outside) because they were all sold out. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.thw staff was very friendly and the welcome drink was a bonus!

Struttura ristrutturata e molto pulita, vicino a Las Setas da dove si può raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi attrazione di Siviglia. Era il compleanno della mia fidanzata e senza che li avessimo avvertiti ci hanno portato un dolce e un biglietto di auguri, veramente un bel pensiero. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito del servizio di lavanderia, veloce e economico. Il personale è stato molto disponibile nel darci qualsiasi informazione di cui avevamo bisogno, dai posti da visitare, ai ristoranti, ai servizi che potevano occorrerci. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia sicuramente tornerei al Cetina.

This property is extremely noisy- they started construction at 7am in the building. You can hear everything in the lobby from the room we were in. The shower temperature is poorly regulated. Front desk won’t call taxis for you, and it is a walk from the property to the nearest taxi stand.

As you comment, we always help our guests with their transfers, but it may happen that if they want it at the moment, it is faster to get a taxi from the square as soon as you leave us in less than 1 minute. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint is I wish there were USB chargers by the bed. Otherwise, everything was good and the staff was friendly.

Das Hotel Cetina in Sevilla liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stylisch, hie und da etwas auf Kosten der Zweckmäßigkeit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Restaurant 'La Bodega' liegt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Tapasbar nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas! Da wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist waren, stellte sich ein Parkproblem für uns nicht. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. The first night they gave us the accessible room which was in the ground floor next to the entrance and reception. It was very noisy. The staff were very friendly and the next day changed our room which was much better! Overall great stay but before you book make sure you request a room with natural light and not on the ground floor.

Friendly staff and super clean . Modern styling and great breakfast. Would have given the hotel 5 stars across all the categories if they provided finishing touches like bathrobes, slippers and had more facilities . To be honest that would not stop me from returning here . It is a perfect location and easy to walk wherever you want to be . I would return

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely and helpful - when we discovered that all of the places we were considering for dinner were closed on Monday (at 2130 Monday), the man working the desk provided us with a list of options sorted by tapas bars and restaurants, and we quite enjoyed one of his picks. Breakfast was substantial and very good. When we accidentally left the “do not disturb” sign on our room for most of one day, the cleaning staff still managed to refresh it during the brief time we were out. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Posizione eccellente, buon hotel
Hotel molto carino, in posizione strategica. Alcuni problemi legati credo alla manutenzione di alcune zone (odore dai bagni comuni, doccia privata che si allaga in un attimo), ma nel complesso un'ottima scelta, soprattutto per la posizione. Colazione non eccessivamente variegata, ma buona. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cocktail di benvenuto molto buono.

A Great Hub for Exploration and Comfort
Our recent stay at Hotel Cetina Sevilla was great, and we enjoyed every aspect of our visit. This hotel is a gem for anyone looking to explore the city with ease, indulge in delightful dining options, and experience a great level of cleanliness and comfort. The prime location of the hotel is a major highlight. Situated in close proximity to key tourist attractions, it made exploring the city a breeze. The convenience of being centrally located greatly enhanced our overall experience. The surrounding area was teeming with fantastic restaurants, cafes, and eateries, ensuring that every craving could be satisfied within walking distance. The overall ambiance of the hotel was both welcoming and sophisticated.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cetina Seville. It's very rare for the hotel staff to reach out to guests prior to their arrival so I was very pleased and impressed by the service provided by Juanjo, who even helped in finding options to get to the hotel. The room we got was very clean, modern, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Among the hotels we stayed at in Spain, the breakfast buffet in Hotel Cetina was by far the best.

Located in heart of old town, super convenient. You can walk to all places easily. A lot of great restaurants around. Great decoration in the hotel. The room has large space. Higher recommend!
