« Dirty, old, and not what the pictures posted by the Expedia represent by any means. We checked in and immediately asked to be moved to a different room. The deluxe suit is right by a noisy road, and severely outdated. The second room was even worse with numerous stains, hairs, and trash left behind including a prescription pack with left over white residue of who knows what. The only good part of this stay, which was so good it did make it worth the price but now I know to stay somewhere else and visit as a guest to avoid a lot of trouble. « We stayed in the one bedroom with king size bed on se one floor. We had a good view of startbuclks. Woke-up with back pain, the bed was to firm for us. But other than that everything was great. We'll definitely stay again. »

« Magnifique suite avec 3 chambres et un canapé lit. Le petit bémol concerne le canapé lit pour la première nuit nous n'avions pas de couette ni de seeviette supplémentaires alors que la reservation a été faite pour7 personnes. Mais sinon l'hotel est tres bien situé pour les visites des Smoky mountains et la suite très confortable. »

« This hotel was in a great location!! It’s across the street from Tanger and you can walk to dinner at the many restaurants located near by. There is even a aranch practically next door with activities for the kids. The NASCAR track is across the street. As well as. My first turn to the area and if u visit again I would stay there »

« This was the second time we stayed here and love it! This time we had a king room, and sadly it was an adjoining room which we do not like, but I forgot to request a nonadjoining one. They are very accommodating whenever possible though. »
