Bienvenue à George Town Villas Unit # 218, situé au début de la plage de 7 miles sur la magnifique ßle de Grand Cayman. George Town Villas se compose de 54 condominiums en bord de mer et vue sur l'océan dans un jardin luxuriant donnant sur la plage, des récifs coralliens et des eaux multicolores bleu et turquoise de la mer des Caraïbes.

Ce charmant appartement en face du front de mer du 2Úme étage donne sur l'océan et offre des vues sur la piscine et le jardin au-delà; Designer-meublé avec une élégance décontractée, ßle.

Il est situĂ© Ă  la fin d'un bĂątiment en forme de U avec des vues directes en bord de mer depuis chaque piĂšce! La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king avec salle de bain privĂ©e, tandis que la chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent ĂȘtre combinĂ©s pour un roi et Ă©galement une salle de bain privĂ©e. La chambre d'hĂŽtes offre une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă©quipĂ©e de Apple TV et des films Netflix. Il y a un canapĂ©-lit en taille rĂ©elle dans le salon, pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes.

George Town Villas L'unitĂ© n ° 218 est une Ă©lĂ©gante dĂ©coration, 2iĂšme Ă©tage, unitĂ© directe en bord de mer avec jardin, piscine et vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  une courte promenade dans les jardins de l'immense piscine d'eau douce qui donne sur l'ocĂ©an. La plage est principalement du sucre et du sable blanc avec des rĂ©cifs coralliens et des roches lavĂ©s Ă  terre. Il y a une roche naturelle de Cayman au bord de l'eau, mais vous avez un accĂšs trĂšs facile dans l'eau pour faire de la plongĂ©e sous-marine fabuleuse et nager dans des eaux plates et calmes. Profitez d'un bain de plongĂ©e, puis dĂ©tendez-vous sur l'une des plusieurs chaises longues de plage et regardez le monde passer, voir les navires de croisiĂšre danser sur l'eau et attraper les couchers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle. Vous pouvez Ă©galement profiter de leur court de tennis privĂ©.

We had a great stay at the Georgetown Villas! Kids loved playing in the pool and on the beach (right outside the unit)! We loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony each morning. The views from the condo were amazing and a true highlight to our trip!

This is a beautifully and appropriately decorated and outfitted corner condo on the ocean. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean on two sides - it is at least 2/3 in the shade with a breeze all day which was perfect! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Such a pleasurable experience and I. The perfect location close to town, grocery and seven mile amenities.

Views from the villa was amazing. Great location and close to all the action. We were lucky with great weather. Unit had a lot of essentials you using don't see with over rentals. Would highly recommend staying in Georgetown villas.

The condo was even better in person! Could not be any closer to the water with $1,000,000 views. Condo was clean and had everything and more than we needed for our week long stay wonderful. Property manager greeted us to make sure we were settled, answer any questions, and ensure we knew how to contact her if needed. The property itself was also very well maintained. Great location with amazing snorkeling right off the shore (could also walk or snorkel down to the wreck of the gamma but definitely need water shoes if walking), close to restaurants and grocery store. Would highly recommended!

The condo is very well decorated, clean and overlooks the beach and swimming pool. It is in a really good location on Seven Mile Beach with great snorkeling right off the condo’s beach. The on island property manager who helped us, Ildi, met us at the condo when we arrived from the airport. She spent time explaining details about the condo and restaurants and activities. She was very helpful! We had a wonderful vacation and would want to stay at the same condo again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was just as described. The property manager was so nice and gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities. The beach on the property is very rocky and foot protection is a must. There are better beaches a very short drive away. Governors beach is a must see. Star Point was not worth the trip, but near Rum Point which was a great place to spend the day. We will definitely be back to this location!

This was the perfect place for a great getaway with friends! The location is excellent - near shopping and dining and a perfect view of the sunset. The condo is clean and had plenty of space for us. It was fun to see the big cruise ships pass by and anchor while we relaxed at the pool or on our shaded balcony. The gentle waves sent us to sleep each night and we snorkeled out front or nearby every day. The property manager was prompt, pleasant, and happy to share tips and places to see on the island. It's a perfect location for relaxation because it was quiet and comfortable. The beach and pool were never crowded and many times empty which is a rare find these days! Some folks from cruise ships would wander by headed to walk down 7-mile beach but not many as it is quite a walk from the port. There is construction next door of a 12-story building so that could bother some, but we were mostly out and about during the day so it wasn't a big deal for us. The view and the location made it all worth it.

I’ve been coming to this property since the 80’s! It’s sentimental but also so perfect. I understand why my parents at the time brought us to this beautiful property on Grand Cayman and now I bring my family! It’s close to everything so we don’t rent a car. We walk or take a cab if we need to. Not crowded because the property is laid out for great views from everywhere. It’s the perfect place for 4 or 6 people. Clean, quiet and serene and well managed.

This was our first time on Grand Cayman and this was a great intro to it. The condo was perfectly situated on the beach as a corner unit with a fabulous view. It was clean, spacious, and met every need we could ask for. The property manager Ildiko was great with communication as well. It was a great vacation and I would stay at this place again for sure!

This condo was an amazing place for our family vacation. The property is beautiful and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the snorkeling was everything we were hoping for. It felt as though we had the entire complex to ourselves all week as we only saw a handful of other people out in the pool, on the beach, grilling, etc. We made wonderful memories with our kids and are hoping to return soon to this same condo.

My sister and I took our mom to Grand Cayman to celebrate her 65th Birthday, Retirement and Mother’s Day and we couldn’t have chosen a better island! Our Georgetown Villa Condo was perfectly located on 7 Mile Beach, just a quick taxi ride to the nearest grocery store (or a quick 10-15 min walk, we didn’t want to do that to our mom 🙃), close to restaurants by walking or taxi (check out Icoa for the best coffee/tea and delicious breakfast, and the most friendly staff!). Our condo was an end unit with stunning views of the ocean, the pool and the beautiful grounds. The only issue for some is that this location on the beach does not have a walk out sandy beach for families - access to the ocean requires you to use the cement walkway over the coral to the stairs that lead you into the ocean where it drops off to 8-10ft. This was not an issue for us as my sister and I love to snorkel and it was perfect that my mom was able to sit back and relax while watching us from the pool area that looked over the ocean. The white sandy beach was within walking distance (again another 10-15min walk) north of the property. We loved watching the cruise ships come in early in the morning and saw some of the most beautiful sunsets from the comfort of our balcony. The property was clean, very roomy and the property manager was so friendly and accommodating! We are already planning our next trip!
