"❌ Very Disappointing Experience – Not the Hilton Standard Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and far below what we expect from a five-star Hilton property. From the beginning, the welcome was mediocre. On our first day, when we returned from an excursion in the evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. Trash bins were full and had attracted ants, which were crawling throughout the room. Attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful. When my son went to speak directly to the Duty Manager, her attitude was aggressive and inappropriate. Instead of apologizing, she suggested it might be our fault and spoke about conducting an “investigation,” which was unacceptable. Housekeeping eventually came, but the ant problem was not resolved. "L’hôtel Grand Hyatt Bali est bien situé et les parties communes sont agréables, mais l’établissement est clairement vieillissant.
