« we loved the vintage vibe of the marketplace neighborhood, with the combination of the renovated industrial areas with the hip, youthful vibe. the house from the outside looks to be older, but the inside was new, clean & cozy. there's a dining area on the rooftop in a closed-in space, which is an excellent addition to the place. we would stay here again, for sure! »

« Host never respond, I can’t get any access and check-in instructions. I called VRBO so many time to ask for help, they can’t reach the host neither. VRBO asked me to wait until 3pm on check in date before they won’t take any action before that time. Again nobody called! No one ever called from the host , no one from VRBO. « My family and I stayed here for two nights. This hanok is lovely! The property is well maintained and the host, Hadoo, was great at communicating what we needed (how to get in, garbage pickup details, et al). The hanok is near local grocery shopping, not terribly far from the subway, and there's a park close by. We really enjoyed our time here and know others will too! »

« We chose this place for two family stay and I was so happy with it. Every detail is thoughtfully designed for relaxing and spending time together, and the linens and beds are all very comfortable. Might be one of my favorite traditional han-ok ever! It looks exactly like the photos and the space felt well designed and spacious for our set of 6 adults and a baby. There are two baby spoon, baby bowls, and one baby high chair. And it’s conveniently located around 5-10 mins walk away from the subway...

« l’appartement est propre et modèle, proche du métro, il y a 2 salle de bain c’est bien , mais après le visite de la journée, il faut monter 4 étages c’est fatiguant, on mange à côté le lit un peu serré et un peu bizarre…. l’appartement c’est bien pour 2 personnes plus tôt, il y a quelques choses pour nous c’est très embêtant c’est la petite chambre de climatiseur qui fait beaucoup de bruit , ça embête beaucoup pour dormir, et le rideau pas assez épais, très lumineux le matin….. »

The location couldn't be more perfect as it’s only a 2 minute walk to Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) and station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities.
