Je ne suis resté qu'une seule nuit mais la chambre est propre et confortable. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Myeongdong.

bon rapport qualité/prix mais gâché par travaux
L’hôtel est très bien situé. L’accueil s’est très bien passé et l'employée parlait anglais. La chambre est bien, malgré la moquette et ses taches... il n’y a pas de café mais du thé, une bouilloire, un rasoir, des brosses à dents. Ne pas choisir cet hôtel si vous êtes avec un ami ou en couple dans la même chambre car les WC et la salle de bain sont séparées par une vitre légèrement teintée donnant sur la chambre. La chambre est calme la nuit, la Wifi efficace. Point négatif, le sauna qui est payant (-50% pour les clients) est interdit aux femmes. Deuxième point négatif, il y a avait de travaux dans la partie supérieure de l’hôtel. Cela arrive qu’il y aie des travaux mais à aucun moment, nous n’en avons été informé, ni lors de la réservation, ni lors de l’arrivée à l'hôtel. On aurait pu ainsi prendre une chambre en bas pour être plus éloigné des travaux ou l'hôtel aurait pu nous faire un geste commercial. Le bruit commençait à 8h30 jusqu’à 18h...

Agréable séjour en plein centre de Seoul
Très bon séjour (7 nuits) dans cet hôtel en plein centre de Seoul. Grande chambre, très grand lit bien confortable, bon petit déjeuner (au bout de trois jours ça commençait à devenir redondant), pas de service courrier, diner en room service avec des plats pas mal du tout pour un hôtel! Proche de tout (7eleven, quartier touristique de Myeongdong, Namdaemun, les palais de Seoul, metro City Hall...)

Super location, closeto subway. Staff very helpful with ok english. Had issues with WIFI the first day but they tried to fix it, it was a little better afterwards. Had music in corridor that we could hear in our room as we were close elevator but they closed it after we asked . Would and did repeat a stay when we had to change our plans

The hotel is well situated, close to city hall and just 5 minutes from subway. People are very kind and helpfull. There is a sauna, but only for men. As it is a bit in a small street, it's quiet calm.

Unsafe getting in and out of the shower/bathtub. We were taller than average, but we still had to be extra careful in stepping in and out. Your Staff was very good, but you need to give them more to work with. Your restaurant was way over-priced and underwhelming in their menu selections. Our group of 8 found a few terrific restaurants within a half or a full block from the hotel.

Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel - we noticed that the staff never once changed the sheets/pillowcase/covers during the entirety of our stay. The bathroom was hardly cleaned as well (we noticed the same stains on the sink, tub, floor, etc). For the price we definitely expected a bit more, but maybe that's just how all Travelodge locations are. That being said, location is great, city hall has easy subway access and lots of restaurants within a 5-min walk radius.

Lovely appointed room (we had the queen bed) You could choose how often you wanted your room cleaned. Staff were friendly and helpful and had no trouble understanding English. We had our breakfast there everyday as it had everything you could want (English/Korean) just paid a supplement.

清潔でスタッフの対応は親切でした。 トリプル予約が間違ってツイン案内され手間でした。 飲食店街で南大門に近く便利でしたが、最終日に市庁近くで大規模デモが有りタクシーがいつまで経っても来なかったので用心。

Very satisfied with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, room was bigger than expected. Clean and spacious. Toilet has a bath tub which i am not usually a fan of, but the bath tub design is such that the water does not splash out and cause the toilet to flood. Needless to say, great location - walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Namdaemun/Myeongdong markets, underground shopping centers, subways, bus stops and convenient stores. There is also a famous and delicious sundae restaurant called Nongmin Baekam Sundae right behind the hotel (must try!) Overall, my friend and I had a pleasant stay, thank you to the team for the hospitality!

步行到明洞商圈只需15分鐘，類近南大門童裝批發市場，步行5分鐘有兩間Google 4.5以上評分的餐廳，周邊比較寧靜，比起明洞內的酒店沒這麽嘈吵，去會賢站或明洞站都是步行15分鐘左右，步行10分鐘就到新世界商場／免稅店，十分便利

What I truly enjoyed about my stay is the staff. They were wiling to help and they always had a smile on their face, a trait rather hard to find among retail workers in Korea. As for the location, it simply cannot be beat. From local eateries to department stores to city markets, I don't think I could have found a better place to stay at. Did I mention breakfast? For a complementary breakfast, it is superb. Are there other hotels nearby? Yes, but Travelodge will hold a special place in my heart.

Only concerned was the staff called to our room around 1 am in the morning, regarding about the noise and the volume. I believed some customer might be complaining, but actually this was a group of people in the hallway making noise, not us. They should sent someone to check instead to call to the room to wake us up.

今回、ソウル駅に近いホテルということで滞在先に選びました。また、最近お部屋がリノベーションされたということで大学生の私たちはお部屋の可愛さもあってとても気に入っていました。部屋は清潔ですし、ベッドも清潔で良い滞在ができました。また、近くに様々なご飯屋さやテイクアウトできるチキン屋さん、コンビニもあったのでホテルで少し食べたいときに便利でした！！都心へのアクセスは最高で駅からも近いです！また、ソウル駅までひと駅で行けるのが最大のポイントです！最終日の空港事前チェックインを考えるとここが好立地です。また、WOWパスのチャージや両替もホテルで出来るので助かりました。クレジットを提示する工程がなくなることを望みます。この行為は宿泊者を不安させます。立地の良さからまた利用したいとは思っています。それまでに改善されるといいです。 残念な点を挙げるとしたらホテルでのチェックイン時にクレジットカードの提示があります。番号を教えてくださいとのことで、個人情報なのでとても怖かったです。不正利用も増えている中、この対応はあまりしてほしくないです。名前と生年月日で間違えがないかの確認だけにしてほしいと思いました。

Unfortunately the hotel requires a renovation, given the condition of the rooms. The double room was nice enough and a bit roomier than some Asian hotel rooms, but the room was showing some wear and tear. Shower had mould and yellowing wallpaper on the walls. Carpet was stained and generally un-enticing. However, the pluses was a great location, walkable to Myeongdong and other nearby areas, close to shops, restaurants (right around the corner)and the night markets. The room itself had a safe, shower had ample hot water with great water pressure. Beds were comfy enough and clean.

방이 너무 추웠어요. 어디선가 자꾸 찬 바람이 들어오는 것 같았어요. 이것저것 시도하다가 결국에 방을 바꿨는데 바꾼 방은 괜찮았어요. 복도 끝에 있는 방은 복보보다 추워요.
