La chambre pour 3 personnes était très spacieuse, avec une grande salle de bain également. Il est assez bien situé, près de la rivière Cheonggyecheon et d'Eulji-ro. Tout était super propre, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et même plus car nous avions une machine à laver dans la chambre. Les gros bonus étaient la piscine intérieure et extérieure qui sont extra !

Bel hôtel, confortable, mais légère déception
Séjour de 6 nuits. Grande chambre, moderne et bien équipée (y compris kitchenette et machine à laver), belle vue. Mais 3 lits simples alors que la chambre est vendue pour 4 et que nous étions 4 : notre fille de 13 ans a dû dormir sur le canapé. Les ascenseurs sont très lents. L’enregistrement à l’arrivée fut long : 30 mn d’attente ; après 18h de voyage, c’est beaucoup. A la fin, le Check out fut toutefois très efficace. Les deux piscines au 20eme et 21eme étages sont agréables. Mais celle extérieure (21eme) n’est accessible qu’à partir de 19 ans. L’hôtel ne l’indique qu’après réservation des chambres. Du coup, nous avons dû nous séparer : 2 aux 21 eme étage profitant de la piscine extérieure, deux au 20eme (dont ma fille de 13 ans) restreints à la piscine intérieure. Incompréhensible. Parfois la piscine est très fréquentée (jusqu’à 70 personnes dans l’eau !). L’hôtel devrait mettre des limites à ce nombre. La priorité n’est pas donnée qu’aux résidents dans l’hôtel pour les piscines : l’hôtel commercialise l’accès pour les habitants de Séoul. Les maîtres nageurs sont parfois très pénibles. Le nettoyage des chambres n’est pas parfait. Il manquait des mouchoirs et du savon certains jours, et certains draps étaient troués. Bref, un léger sentiment de déception au final alors que c’est un très bel et très confortable hôtel.

Nous avons eu une expérience décevante de cet hôtel car il était bondé (queues interminables aux ascenseurs, impossible d’utiliser la piscine qui était remplie de gens en bonnet de bain et tee shirt Uv… l’enfer) Et le personnel n’a rien fait pour remédier aux désagréments subis, le lendemain on a demandé à utiliser la piscine et celle ci était fermée donc finalement nous ne l’avons pas utilisée Le pompon: la saleté sur certains murs et l’insonorisation vraiment à revoir

Liked the amenities of having a mini kitchen, washer and dryer , room was big , bathroom was big , beds were comfortable . Front desk was helpful . What we did not appreciate was those staff standing by the door or entrance would not even offer to help with the luggage’s seeing us having a difficult time hauling thru the front entrance , we stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul and Grand Josun Busan and Hotel Intercontinental Gangnam and they see us struggling with our luggage’s , they meet us even outside and offer help to bring it in at the registration counter .

悪かった点 冷蔵庫の効きがとても悪く冷えず、氷は有料だった。 ラウンジの使用が子供は出来ず使えなかったのは残念 またラウンジの詳しい説明もなかった。 ルームクリーニングはタオルとグラスの交換のみ、ベッドメイキングは整えるのみでした。 日本語の対応がほぼ出来ない。 立地も良く、部屋やインテリアも良く、ホテル内は色々な施設などあり楽しみたかったが、子供の制限やホテル内の説明不足でサービス不足で少し残念でした。

The staff were great, polite, and take initiative to help with my mother in law’s luggage. We had a clog in the shower and very quickly they send 3 staff including a translator to our room to fix it. My kids had a great time withthe pool and kids zone!

トリプルベッドに宿泊しましたが、お部屋も洗面部分も広々していて、3人でもストレスフルでのんびり出来ました。 キッチンもレンジも洗濯機もあります。 お皿一式、フライパン、洗剤などもありました。 ただ、初日からボディーソープの中身が空で、翌日掃除が入ったら補充してくれるかな？と思ってましたが、してくれてなかったのと、2日目の朝、スリッパをきれいに揃えて外出したのに、戻って来たらスリッパがなくなっていて新しいのもなかったため、さすがにフロントに言って、スリッパとボディーソープを持って来てもらいました。 気になった点はそれくらいで、同行者とも、またココに泊まりたいと話してました。 東大門からも近いですし、仁川からのリムジンバスはすぐ近くに停車するので、立地も良いです。

I stayed here for four nights and very much enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean so was our room. The amenities were great! The gym was very well maintained and had all the essential equipment you would need. It’s a very short walk to gwangjang market (5 minutes) and it’s central to the main busses and train stations you would need for going to different parts of the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Seoul!

Shower knob fell off and could not take shower for two days but it was fixed for use next day. great location for eatery and transportation.

Hip hotel in happening part of town. The 20th floor reception area with bar and view of swimming pool was stunning. Rooms were comfortable and clean but quite small. Minor quibbles- tv came on every time you entered the room, concierge was helpless when I asked for dining recommendations, food was good but pricey compared to room charge. Overall good value though
