Due to government regulations, our hotel policy includes providing dental kits has to be with a fee, and we regret if this was not clearly communicated to you.As for the service standards, we strive to deliver a 5-star experience to all our guests, and we are sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations. Rest assured, we will address the issues you mentioned with our team to ensure a consistent level of service. It is disappointing to hear about the inconvenience with the bedside socket and the misunderstanding with the chargers. We will investigate this matter further to prevent any future occurrences.
