Personnels honnêtes.
Quelques jours après mon départ de l'hôtel, j'ai remarqué que je n'avais plus ma montre (qui a de la valeur). Je n'ai pu revenir à l'hôtel que onze jours après et j'ai demandé à la réception si elle n'avait pas retrouvé une montre par hasard. Remarquant que l'objet trouvé avait une certaine valeur, la personne me posé plusieurs questions pour être sûre que j'étais son propriétaire. Je ne remercierais jamais assez le personnel, surtout la femme de ménage qui ne l'a pas gardé.

Idéalement situé dans un grand quartier commerçant très animé. Le seul reproche que je peux faire est la disparition du petit déjeuner (Il s'agit de mon 3ème séjour dans cet hotel)

明洞のコスメ通りに面しているので、遅くまで見に行けます。食事場所もホテル周辺に沢山あり毎日違う韓国料理が食べれます。もちろん屋台も楽しみの一つです。 内側の部屋に当たると窓が無く、トリプルルームは圧迫感を感じます。

The staff are impressively helpful, my room was cleaned daily and stocked up on necessities, laundry, computer station are at the building sling with drinking station. The location is right where the night market and yummy street food. Close to subway and airport bus. Mr Lee from the receptionist has gone above and beyond helping.

6階に泊まりました。22時くらいまで重低音が騒がしいので音が気にならない方は良いと思います。旅行中で疲れていたので私は気にならず朝までぐっすり眠れました。 CUは近くにありますがキレイなセブンイレブンが少し遠めですが、明洞の駅からすぐだし、ハーモニーマートがすぐ近くなのでお菓子類のお土産はここで買えて、価格も安めで良かったです。ここのハーモニーマートは私が行った時は日本語でも大丈夫でした。 スカイパークは明洞にいくつかありますが、この明洞1は日本語が話せるスタッフさんは少ないのかも、と感じました。 明洞1はロビーが狭いので10人くらいいるとカウンターに近寄れませんがチェックアウトは機械の近くにいた方が対応してくれて出来ました。ただ名札もしてないし、ジャケットも着ていなくてカーディガンだったので大丈夫かな？と心配になりました。 ルームキーをカウンター内の方に渡しているのを確認してエレベーターに乗りました。 朝食は880wで食べられます。軽食という感じでしたが子連れで雨が降っていたので助かりました。 明洞観光がメインで、対応がドライでも大丈夫な方にオススメします。明洞駅までも近く、大使館前の両替所も近いです。南大門までも歩ける距離です。お店で食事をするなら少し歩く必要があります。 概ね満足です。

駅や繁華街から近いし、12時にチェックインさせてくれるなどスタッフの対応はとてもいい。でも部屋はビジネスホテル以下の狭さ。バスタブがなくシャワーだけで、シャワーのあとはトイレの床が水浸しになる。部屋の目の前がラウンジのようなものになっていて、夜中までそこで大騒ぎされて眠れない。快適とは程遠かった。

今回女性3人旅でトリプルに3泊滞在、場所はバス停や地下鉄明洞駅にも近く高立地、シャワー水圧は強すぎて痛い位で高評価です。ただ、やはり狭い！狭さは分かっていたつもりでしたが、窓がなく換気も悪いのか？廊下との温度差がすごかった。真冬なのに部屋はずっと暑い！(エアコンは使用不可でした)収納が少ない！シングルベッド3台が主張していてスーツケースはベッド上でしかパカッと開けられない、小さなクローゼットはあるもののコート3着掛けたらいっぱいで買って来たものを置くスペースもない、天気もずっと悪かったため濡れた洋服を干したり掛けたりする場所もなく困りました。(無理やりドアの上にあるフレームに掛けてました)コスパを考えたら次回は要検討ですかね。

Good location. The only draw back was the duvets in the dead of winter (and it so happens I was there when it was minus 13 degree celsius in Seoul) were so thin they seemed more like summer duvets.

1人で宿泊したので、スーツケースを広げたままにする場所もあり充分な広さでした。 机も横に広く持ち帰りした食べ物を食べるにも困りません出した。ロビーで声を掛けると、割り箸とスプーンも頂けて助かりました。 各階にウォーターサーバーがあり、暑い時期だったので便利でした。 部屋のコップが紙だったので熱いものを飲む時は少し不便でした。 滞在中、特に不便なことはなかったです。

Wonderful location. Room bigger than expected. Reception staff poor service. The property is located on a busy street. The reception is located on the 11th floor. While rooms are below it. I needed help with my luggage. Receptionist on duty was gruff and dismissive. I asked if i could leave it downstairs at the lift lobby INSIDE. I was concerned that the taxi driver picking me up would be angry if he had to wait for me as the street is busy with traffic. The receptionist said NO, NO, you must bring it up. I said but the driver will be reluctant to wait. He said, "NO, No. Driver will wait. " I borrowed the trolley. put luggage on it and went downstairs with it to wait for taxi. I even used google translate to tell driver to please wait, i will give him extra money. I went up with trolley but was kept waiting a bit as the lifts were busy and heading in the same direction. By the time i went back downstairs, the driver was very angry with me and shouting at the top of his voice. Honestly, the hotel should have two trolleys (so that another guest can use it if the first one is in use) and allow guests to leave it downstairs if the guest is by himself.It was very horrible to be shouted at in front of everyone. The Korean receptionist should know how their taxi uncles behave. I am still very upset about this.On my first day, I already requested for help when i checked out.The receptionists were extremely unhelpful.They don't care. FIgure out a way by yourself.Don't expect service

酒店清潔衛生, 地點十分方便, 但早餐比較簡單及客房空間比較小

立地とシャワーの水圧のみ
ストリート側の部屋に滞在しました。外は夜中まで騒いでいる声がしていましたが、うるさいとは感じませんでした。部屋は所々かなりの埃が目に付きました。掃除をしていて普通は気になるレベルだと思います。あと、どなたかの記載はありましたが、エアコン作動中のとても煩いガラガラ音、初めてです。改善が必要です。因みに安い値段で宿泊した訳でありませんのでコメントさせて頂きました。

親子女子3人で宿泊しました。 明洞の街中にあるので、飲食店、ショップも近く購入品をホテルに置きにもどったりしてとても便利でした。 部屋も清潔で、シャワー、トイレなど設備で特に気になるところはなく快適に過ごせました。
