Being in the center of the club street of Itaewon, I knew it would be noisy at night, so that was not a concern for me, but if you are sensitive to that, it's good to know. There are earplugs in the room when you arrive. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, and had a lot of space. They provided amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, rasor, etc. in the room when I arrived and it was good quality. The bed was quite hard though, so it took me two nights to get used to it. It was my major concern with comfort. I had a nice view on Namsan tower from my room. Know that even as a hotel guest, you have to pay to use the pool. I'm a female solo traveler, and I felt safe, but it was also a general feeling everywhere in Seoul, not just at the hotel. I love all the food options around, and being able to go out clubbing and not having to commute after, even if I never go out at home! Was a fun experience. Also, the Subway station is right in front of the hotel, which is great, and Hannam is a nice shopping neighborhood nearby where you can even walk if you want to. The staff wasn't especially friendly, but I didn't need anything either, so I can't complain on that.
