« My sister and I really loved this rental. It was in a beautiful , quiet area with lovely views of the Red Rocks . The house is nicely updated and very clean . The outside areas were lovely to sit in and enjoy the mornings and afternoons . The rock patio off the kitchen was like the garden fairies joined you …So cool … The mattresses on these beds are the best I’ve ever slept on ( my sister agreed also ) .it was close to everything in and around Sedona . The only thing that did not work out for...

« Overall very please with the house and amenities. While there was a lot to do and see we mainly used the bedrooms, kitchen and pool. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The kitchen was big and had everything one could want or need. The pool was salt water and the kids very much enjoyed it. The house was located right by a trailhead and had a beautiful sunrise view. »

« Not for gazing at the sky stars - cute apartment, nice porch with chair swings, enjoyed not having a tv. Close to everything, quiet, nice neighborhood for walks. Must climb steep stairs as located on second floor. »

« We had a fantastic stay in Sedona, enjoying great food and hiking with family and friends. The house was lovely, with comfortable beds and all the essentials for any length of stay. The only suggestion from our group is to upgrade the outdoor furniture to composite Adirondack chairs for improved comfort and durability. »

« Our stay was amazing! The cabin was perfect for our family with all of the amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, made alot of smores, and enjoyed fishing on the lake…would highly recommend this place for a stay! »

« This home was perfect for our family of 7. Our son was getting married at the Enchantment Resort, about 15 minutes up the road. Quiet cul de sac and access to several trailheads nearby. Also just down the road from Safeway, restaurants, bank and more. Great outdoor space as well, we would definitely rent this home again. »

« The house was tucked away in a neighborhood in West Sedona with a beautiful view of the rocks. Several excellent hiking trails were just a few minutes away! We loved being out of the hubbub of Uptown but an easy drive in. Pete and Theresa were excellent hosts and communicators, and the house was very well appointed for guests! Would absolutely stay again! »

« We loved this home and really enjoyed have three bedrooms with their own full bathrooms in each room. Beautiful views from any room in the house. We would stay here again. »

« We loved our stay at the Roadrunner in west Sedona . The house was very clean and well stocked. Updated kitchen was beautiful, dining and living spaces were perfect. Bedrooms were so comfortable with a lot of space. Amazing lighting from all the windows. Outdoor space was open with views of red rocks, lots of seating areas, very calming backyard, hot tub was relaxing. A short walk from house lead to several beautiful trails. We hope to stay again. »

« The property is gorgeous, sounds of bullfrogs in the evening and running water 24/7. A quiet spot with privacy, and comfortable living space. An oasis in from the hustle of downtown, and close to various trail heads. This is a must if you are looking for a retreat from your busy life! »

« The room was very clean and had lots of great additions such as the little fridge, microwave, and coffee! The shower was spacious and the room has an addition sink outside the bathroom area which is great! We received clear check in and parking instructions that were a breeze, but did not receive any check out instructions. »

« This was the perfect space to unwind at the end of our trip. It was our first time visiting Sedona and the location of this property was stunning. Incredible red rock views and located in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a treat after multiple hikes. Perfect place for a couple! »

« The location was very convenient for getting to local hiking trails. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and was very clean. We enjoyed it very much! »

« Having never been here before I was unsure of where to stay. This condo could not have been a better location. Don't think twice if you are unsure of where to stay. About a 3 minute walk into town and the red rocks surround you on each step. »

« We only needed a place to stay overnight but wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice home and wonderful accommodations. Loved the guest book idea. Would recommend to others and even myself when i go back. »
