« Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs. »

« It was the perfect quiet & cozy studio to unwind after a long day. It really felt like home from the moment I walked in. I was there for a few days for work, and coming home to this wonderful studio just made relaxing that much better. The location was also nicely situated, being close to everything I needed, especially the good restaurants. 5 out 5, I would definitely stay here again. »

« Very clean unit, comfortable beds, AC working fine, well equipped kitchen. Good shower water pressure. Only downside is that wall are thin so we could hear neighbors conversations and walking upstairs. Overall very recommendable »

« Luong was such a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and had many great recommendations for things to do. The property was very easy to locate and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were good sized with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was good sized and the shower pressure was wonderfully strong!
