« Le plus problématique à était la communication avec l'hébergeur avant le séjour. Les informations nécessaires à l'enregistrement ont été communiquées uniquement deux jours avant notre arrivée. Il est aussi pratiquement impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et les échanges par mail ont été très lents. « Everything that you would expect when travelling far from home, you will find it in this spacious and cosy loft! Well situated and not far from Calgary downtown. The managers answered very fast to our requests and/or questions, so everything went smoothly. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom has a very comfy bed and the living room suited for long stays (TV, games etc). So we rated it 5 stars without reservations! Thanks to Mya and Daniel! »

« Condo is very good and well maintained. Hosts are very professional and provided all the details on time. Things to improve : The washroom toilet bowl is loose and moves a bit it needs to be secured firmly to the floor. The towel holder rod was also loose. Some light bulbs were not working. The Sofa bed when used as bed makes a lot of creaking noise, it needs to be fixed so the noise is not so much.
