« we are very disappointed with our stay. As soon as we arrived, there was a strong smell of humidity inside. The shower curtain was covered in black mold. We saw several croquerelles inside horrible, disgusting. We had to take great precautions not to bring any back in our luggage. « The place was not good the plumbing did work on the second floor. It smelled like pee and someone had left the AC unit in the tub. »

« This house was such a great find for our trip to Ptown. The location of the house is walkable to everything in the center of town so long as you don't mind a brief part of it not having sidewalks. The house itself has a lovely yard and inside had plenty of space for our group! »

« We had a great time at Stephen’s home. It’s very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen is beautiful and was great for preparing meals. It’s a great spot to start for a bike ride to the dune trails and an easy walk into town. »

« We spent a month at this property in the fall. Everything was as advertised, and the host, Kate, could not have been nicer or any more accommodating. The house is full of Cape Cod charm. The location is peaceful, yet very convenient to everything Wellfleet has to offer. »

« Amazing property and location. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing night sky view. Hot tub was perfect and the property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the jacuzzi and it was fixed the next day. »
