« Bon hôtel, un peu éloigné du centre ville (10min en voiture) donc en plein milieu de rien du tout et le long d’une route donc bruyant lorsqu’un camion ou moto passe (très fréquent). Petit déjeuner acceptable pour le standard American (pauvre et basique pour le standard Europe) et le principal problème, comme presque dans tous les hôtel de cette catégorie aux USA, Les assiettes, couverts et verres tout en plastique jetable, ça fait vraiment mal au cœur de voir tout ce plastique utilise une seule...

« Aucunes communication de la part de l'hôtel qui devait envoyer un mail avec les instructions pour accéder aux chambres vu qu'il ni a pas de réception Nous n'avons jamais eu le mail merci au restaurant a côté qui a pu compliquer avec les gérants et qui nous a récupérer les codes d'accès Aucun service »

« Sent us to a room that was not cleaned, dirty towels, unclean sheets, and unmade bed. Pictures of hot tub and pool are not what they currently look like. Now look run down. Internet connection and TV channel selection was poor; TV volume is controlled and would not go high enough to hear the speakers over the air conditioning. Air conditioning smelled musty and unkempt. « The property is close to downtown Munising and big well lit parking lot. The pool is ok coz it’s more of kids pool than adult one. The room is clean and staff were courteous. The only thing we don’t like was the pillows. They should invest on quality pillows nevertheless I will still recommend it to all if you are going to visit the upper Peninsula. »
