Rått og muggent hotell

Det var mugg på badet og i rommet vi sov. Det luktet mugg og virket til å være dårlig ventilert. Det var også flekker på sengetøy og håndkler. Dreneringen på badet var dårlig, slik at da man dusjet ble det vann utover hele gulvet. Ingen mulighet for å tørke klær, da rommet var rått og fuktig. I tillegg ble rommet og korridorene fylt med tett røyk en dag, og vi fryktet at det var brann. Det skulle vise seg at det kun var gassing av mygg. Dette hadde vi ikke fått noe beskjed om. Vinduene kunne ikke åpnes og det var kun en rømningsvei. Men personalet gjorde så godt de kunne og var hyggelige.

スタッフの方達は、ふれんどりーでとてもよかったですが、どうも一人部屋を二人で泊まるということがわかりました。スリッパ一組しかなく、あと、枕カバーが古く少し清潔さにかけましたね。

Just Weird

The room was a bit gross in terms of cleanliness and it really stank. At first we thought it was paint but later decided that it must have been from the mosquito fogging they do everyday that smells like petrol and makes the whole hotel smokey. The staff asked us to stay in our rooms while they did it but we had to make a break for it when the room filled up with smoke and we couldn't see or breathe. We were at the bar after checking out and we were playing with dice at a table, there was an existing crack and one of us lent on the table causing it to split. We notified the staff as we didn't want anyone to hurt themselves and they tried to make us pay for it. Overall a really weird experience, the staff were lovely but everything was a bit wrong.

Hotelnya tenang. Sarapannya enak dan bervariasi. Pelayanan di restonya ramah&cekatan.Tapi resepsionisnya kurang ramah. Awal masuk kamar tercium bau keringat yang meyengat. Rupanya bantal&bed cover bau dari tamu sebelumnya dan tidak diganti. Setelah telepon ke housekeeping barulah bantal-bantal diganti. Kamar mandi lumayan OK karena disediakan hair dryer.

A great place to stay...

I had a very pleasant stay here although I think that when I arrived the hotel is undergoing some work and name change. The room was big and comfortable. There was a funny smell in the room every time I entered like someone had been smoking. Also the air-conditioning unit makes a lot of noise which probably needs replacing. Speaking to some of the other guests they said the same was in their room. The staff are excellent and always willing to help. I asked to extend my time for checkout and there was no stalling, the kind lady simply looked at the reservations and allowed me to check out late without any charge. This was amazing as most places request payment and are difficult about a later checkout. I would definitely recommend it as a decent place to stay. Thank you Arnava.

Keep Calm and Stay!

The hotel was perfectly good for people who are not choosy. But, I can't find any special attraction nearby. Need to rental motorcycle.

Decent family hotel.

Decent hotel with quite modern and spacious rooms. Good swimming pool too. Hotel's location is ok, within a short walk to get to the main strip of bars/restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach. The not so good, Wi-Fi speeds are very slow and the air con isn't sufficient enough to keep the room cool.

Not as bad as others made it seem

The place was in a good location near a main road, easy to find. The room I had was at the far end away from the street and pool. It was quiet and the AC worked great. The staff was really friendly and asked me if everything was good. The breakfast was gone by the time I got there, seems a little short. I did like the wifi, it worked well for me on the 2nd floor. I did find a few strands of hair from another person in the sheets, they were stained but still seemed clean. I would only recommend for the hotel to replace them or ask for another set if you stay there. The bathroom had the toothbrush and soap. I was able to take a bath which was more important to me. My friends were upgraded to the junior suite since their room was booked. I had already booked the junior suite. For the price of the hotel and for it not being in a bad part of town, it is great for the price. I only stayed for one night before I left, it was close to the airport. It was not as horrible as other people have mentioned which is why I wanted to make a point at writing a review.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!

Only stayed one night (was meant to stay for 6 nights in total) due to the utter mess of my room! Walls were dirty where people had obviously cleaned their shoes up against the walls! ( black marks were visible all around the room) Dead flies on the floor! Bathroom was tiny and also dirty! The towel rack mounted on the wall kept falling off. Under the bed there was still rubbish from previous guests! And to top it off the mattress was filthy! would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
