Tres bon sejour
Superbe hotel. Le service est excellent les piscines superbes et le petit dejeuner à la carte est tres bon et la presentation des plats à photographier ! Seul bemol ils ont voulu nous faire payer un lit supplémentaire pour la chambre de trois alors que les autres hotels nous l'avaient toujours rajoute gracieusement... du coup on a dormi a 3 dans le meme lit car le supplément etait conséquent... Rien à redire sur le reste c'était parfait !

Bel hotel, quelques points à améliorer.
Très bel hôtel face à la plage de seminyak. Lors du check in on nous a laissé attendre plus d’une demi-heure pour nous annoncer que notre chambre n’était pas prête, ce qui m’a contrarié car nous avons dû attendre encore une heure afin d’avoir la clé. Le service commercial de l’hôtel m’a contacté le lendemain matin pour s’excuser et nous a offert un dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, qui est très bon. La chambre était située en face du parking des scooters mais une fois les fenêtres fermées plus aucune gêne, on nous a également proposé de changer de chambre a cause du bruit mais nous ne l’avons pas fait car finalement l’étanchéité acoustique était très bonne. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, très belle décoration, et le lit est très bon. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien, beaucoup de choix en salé et sucré, cependant le service café est très long et nous sommes tombés sur un pain dur qui n’était pas du jour !!! La piscine est agréable, un poil froide cependant bien qu’en plein soleil. Il n’y a cependant pas assez de transats pour tout le monde et certains ne sont pas en bon état. L’hôtel est très grand et on s’y perd un peu au départ. En conclusion un bel hôtel proche des restaurants et des coins animés sans en subir les désagréments, mais attention il faut maintenir le standing 5 étoiles.

Nous avons envoyé un email 2 mois avant notre arrivé, pour annoncé qu'il s'agit d'un séjour de noce et pour leur demander de nous accorder une belle chambre, propre avec vue correct... A notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit a une chambre avec vue sur un chantier et des ouvriers a longueur de journée. Nous avons insister pour qu'ils nous change la chambre, et nous avons réussi a avoir une meilleure vue après 2 heures d'attente. Le linge de lit ne sentait pas bon... nous devions appeler le house keeping chaque jour pour leur demander de changer le linge. Aussi, l’hôtel n'est pas bien placé, il est loin de la fameuse rue animé de seminyak. Par contre le petit déjeuner Buffet est très bon.

Nous avons tout adoré ! La propriété est superbement bien décorée par la végétation luxuriante dans laquelle les bâtiments se fondent superbement. Les piscines sont géniales et variées ! C’est extraordinairement dépaysant. Nous avons tout aimé, aucune fausse note !

Excellent hôtel! Très beau, très propre et bien entretenu. Emplacement idéal en bord de mer et tout proche des restaurant et petits shop. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. Peut importe leur corps de métier, ils sont tous excellents dans leur domaine! La chambre standard est très grande, joliement décorée et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin pour s'y sentir comme chez soi. La literie est d'un confort exceptionnel! Seul "bémol" que l'ont ne peut reprocher à l'hôtel, la clientèle d'Asie de l'Est très présente qui est en majorité bruyante, antipathique et irrespectueuse...

Great location with it being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, boutiques and cafes. Facilities were fantastic too. The only downsides are that there aren't enough seating areas around the main pool and that some items are overpriced, e.g. some drinks and the breakfast buffet.

Indigo Hotel staff is excellent, all of them are very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the front desk staff who upgraded our room to a very nice villa 😍 Hotel design is very stylish with privacy and condition is very good. Location is excellent which is at the centre of the beach front of Semiyak. Will definitely recommend to my friends who come to Bali. We will definitely come back to Indigo if we come back to Bali.

Loved our stay at hotel indigo. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room we had was amazing and well kept. We had a couples massage at the Sava spa which was incredible. Our favourite spot was the secret garden pool.
