The ground floor comprises the living area and the kitchen. The living area is dominated by beamed ceilings, stone arches & tiled floors whilst being stylishly decorated by the owners to create a welcoming feeling.
The first floor is not rented by the owners who live in Rome but sometime(usually once a week for some hours) use it as a logistic basis to supervise the property (e.g. to clean the swimming pool, to water the plants etc.).
