And that's not even all of it!

The Bayside Community is also a proud neighbor of the award-winning Freeman Arts Pavilion, an outdoor entertainment venue known 'round the coast for its premier concerts and family events. Just down the road you'll enjoy some of the Eastern Shore'ss most famous dining establishments, whether you're looking for a "crab bloody" from the Crabcake Factory, Harpoon Hannah"s popular happy hour, or to enjoy the fine dining at Catch 54.

Located only 5 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and less than 10 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk - and with Ocean City, MD right around the corner - Bayside provides a level of luxury, peace, convenience, and comfort that cannot be found anywhere else.

Amenity passes are available for an additional charge of $115 per person for 7 consecutive days, or $65 per person for 3 consecutive days (May 16 thru Sep 22); off-season rates are $70 per person for 7 consecutive days, or $40 per person for 3 consecutive days (Sep 23 thru May 15). THERE ARE NO DAILY PASSES. If passes are purchased or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. Win-Le Vacation Rentals collects the fees on behalf of the HOA but is not involved in the operation of, or responsible for, the Bayside Amenities. There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. Resort passes can be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours (7AM to 7PM).

Golf privileges are available at an additional cost. Contact Bayside directly to reserve tee times. Per Bayside HOA Rules, renters are only permitted to use golf carts on the golf course; use throughout the residential roads and sidewalks of the community is not permitted.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 13 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 13 people.

Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25 unless otherwise disclosed.

This house had everything that we could possibly ever want or need while on vacation. We have three boys ages 7,9 and 10 months. It accommodates our sleeping arrangements perfectly with the bunk beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and serving dishes to cook for my family. The decor and furniture felt like home. It was a heat wave temperatures at 95-100 everyday so the pool was a godsend. The staff was friendly, clean facilities and the parking wasn’t bad for our big F250 truck. We would absolutely stay here again and thank you to the property management for the great and organized communication.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Indigo. The house well beach themed and well decorated. It was so clean and dust free. We enjoyed the amenities at the club house and the community. The myrtle trees are gorgeous. The garage had all the equipment for biking, fishing, beaching, relaxing. I wish the bathrooms had soft close seats otherwise everything was great.

When we entered the house, we all gasped at its perfection! It was so welcoming…and the cleanliness was beyond perfect. As far as the house is concerned, the only thing I wish was that the screen door was not torn…it was hard to fully enjoy the porch. The location of the house was very centralized…we found restaurants and activities and beaches with no problem. I hope we can come back some day. Thank you so much…😀

The house was amazing, clean and a location perfect for what we wanted. Family with young kids it had everything we wanted for relaxing and fun time! The community has tons of amenities that we used. The pool was a bonus after nap time instead of traveling back to the beach (15 min drive). We loved that we were away from the hustle and bustle of OC but close enough to drive and still enjoy if we wanted. Neighborhood was excellent for fishing and nightly walks. Communication was excellent with the rental agency. We even extended our trip! Definitely will be back!

House was very clean and all the decor is up to date. I would not buy pool passes only because the pool faculties closed at 7pm every night. We are more of beach goers and beaches were about 20min away. Overall great property but location did not fit our needs.

We were beyond impressed and satisfied with our stay. Everything went above expectation. Even the kids raved about the game room and closet filled with board games. Kitchen was fully equipped every EVERYTHING! From a griddle to a bagel toaster to serving bowls! With 13 people, this place was still spacious and comfortable. Amenities and attractions were all nearby. We took advantage of the bikes and beach equipments that came with our stay. Already looking forward to booking here for our family vacation next year!

We had a wonderful week at this home! It was perfect for our whole family - parents, kids, grandkids! Something to do for everyone and the amenities were great! The house was beautiful and large, no crowding with all 10 of us there. We used the bikes and lots of games (indoor and outdoor) that were provided. It was a very walkable and bikeable area.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean.The kitchen is very well stocked, included everything you needed, and each cabinet is labeled for ease of finding what you need. The bedrooms were nice sized, there were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The living and dining area were great as well. There is a beautiful sun room with a screened in porch off the room. The location is good, only about 15 min to beach, as long as traffic allowes. The community is beautiful and clean has great amenities. We would love to stay again 🙂
