« Wonderful experience, one of the best stays we ever had. We chose the room with the balcony - a great choice with beautiful view of the Vesuvius. Breakfast was really tasty and the ladies serving it were extremely lovely and helpful! The decor is really nice and the area is really quiet and beautiful. Only 10 min walk to the train station, really easy to get to from Naples or Sorrento. »

« The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area. While the downstairs remained comfortable, the upstairs loft where the bed was located was extremely warm and felt like a heat box, making it difficult to sleep. »

« The place was very clean and organized upon our arrival. The view was absolutely amazing! Francesco and Anna were so helpful! Anna helped me beforehand with some logistics and they were so gracious to pick us up and drop us off at the train station with all of our luggage for our family of 6. They had coffee and little snacks for us once we arrived. The location is good, definitely hills and steps but that is to be expected if you’re wanting the views. We walked to the train station every day....

« We didn t have new towels everyday, we reserved a seaview room and we had a small room in the ground where there was no view, we asked to change the room and they weren t helpful at all, we reserved for two adults and a baby and we didn t have a cot for the baby not even a pillow and when we asked for it they asked for 15€ per night. »

« Hôtel et chambre magnifiques, super bien entretenues, personnel très agréable, parking à disposition devant l’hôtel, seul bémol, un peu loin du centre ville et petit déjeuner à revoir, plus de fraîcheur, jus trop artificiels, fruits pas top, yaourts pas dans le frigo, viennoiseries industrielles. »
