« The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. « The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area. While the downstairs remained comfortable, the upstairs loft where the bed was located was extremely warm and felt like a heat box, making it difficult to sleep. »

« The place was very clean and organized upon our arrival. The view was absolutely amazing! Francesco and Anna were so helpful! Anna helped me beforehand with some logistics and they were so gracious to pick us up and drop us off at the train station with all of our luggage for our family of 6. They had coffee and little snacks for us once we arrived. The location is good, definitely hills and steps but that is to be expected if you’re wanting the views. We walked to the train station every day....

« Everything was fantastic, Mrs Ranieri was very helpful and if any assistance required she was prompt and helpful. The location was perfect, the apartment was everything we could of asked for and the views were truly spectacular. Highly recommended 10/10. »

« The staff is amazing ! Made our stay perfect »
