Oteli çalışanları guleryuzlu ve cok yardımcı oldular. Otelin ve odaların kendine has dekorasyonu var. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Akşam yemeğinde mutlaka ahtapot ve tereyağlı karides yemenizi tavsiye ederim. Mezeler de cok lezzetliydi. İşletme sahipleri bizzat kendileri ilgileniyorlar. Tekrar geleceğim….

Wir kamen spät am Abend vom Flughafen Izmir an und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und trotz der späten Stunde wunderbar bekocht. Das Frühstück war wirklich grandios! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Harika konum, mis gibi butik otel...
Sakin,keyifli, aile sıcaklığında bir otel arıyorsanız; denize sıfır, tertemiz, harika kahvaltısı ve şahane akşam yemeği yiyebileceğiniz; sahipleri ve çalışanlarının ilgili, samimi ve çok yardımcı olduğu, denizin dibinde tatlı bir butik otel. Kötü yorum yazan kişinin aksine odalar kocaman, tertemiz ve çok keyifli bir otel. Akşam yemeklerini de mutlaka tadın :)

Big disappointment
Our stay was a big disappointment. So many aspects of a standard hotel or room were missing. The place was clean and that was the only positive thing about the stay. It is a summer holiday area in front of the sea yet there is no rack to hang your stuff, we had to put our towels, swimsuits all around the room like a tent. Again in the heat of the summer no mini fridge to put your water or milk of the child etc. We booked the hotel seeing that there was high speed wifi connection in the rooms and even though we paid a full price for the room there was no wifi connection. And we were told that there is a problem and it will be fixed. In this case of course we should not have paid a full price for the room. The other big issue was the noise that the owners and the employees of the hotel was making just under our room all night until 1:30! They were opening a ridiculously noisy door and pulling pushing stuff around several times and making us jump form our sleep. I had to shout and warn the employee to stop it in the end as it was very annoying and unexpectable where you go to have a holiday and rest! As we were very unhappy about the whole stay we decided to leave after staying 1 night and asked to pay only 1 night but our deal was with no refund so we agreed to pay half. Yet the owner took from us half of the commission she has to pay to the hotel, whereas she could have cancelled the stay and not pay. I'm sure she didn't pay any commission. Overall no knowledge of service

First of all, we are really sorry about your comment about our hotel. We tried to help you in everything. Our hotel was put into service on July 1. The order for mini refrigerators did not arrive. There was a refrigerator at the entrance of the hotel where our guests could keep their drinks. This is how we helped you. We are sorry about the problem with drying your laundry. If we had known, we would have seen our guests in the side garden of the hotel.We could have made you use the laundry dryer we used. Our hotel was full on the day you stayed. I couldn't understand the noise issue. Wifi is available in our hotel. However, there was a regional problem during the week you stayed. However, I shared the internet with you from our phone. I have been dealing with tourism for 25 years. All images about our hotel are available on the website where you made your reservation. I recommend that you research in more detail for the hotel that suits you and your family's holiday approach. Our hotel always tries to provide the best service to our guests. All comments, positive and negative, are taken into consideration. We thank you.
