Enjoy an oversized refrigerator with ice maker, gas range, two ovens (one gas, one electric), and a large center island with seating for four. There's also a bistro-style high-top table and a wine bar with a specialized fridge. A second full-size refrigerator is available in the garage for large groups or special events.

The main dining table seats eight and is surrounded by scenic views. Large sliding glass doors open to the patio, where outdoor dining furniture allows you to enjoy Sedona's beauty with every meal.

Primary Bedroom – King bed, 55” Smart TV, DVD player, desk area, and two large walk-in closets. The spa-like ensuite bathroom features double sinks, a deep soaking tub with a view, and an oversized shower with four showerheads.
Bedroom 2 – Two queen beds, 55” Smart TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom access with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 – Two queen beds, 55” Smart TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom access.
Bedroom 4 – Queen bed and two twin beds, 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and beautiful views.
Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy a paver patio with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and BBQ grill. The wraparound deck offers peaceful lounging with panoramic views. The private pool and hot tub are perfect for soaking, swimming, or stargazing.
Pool
The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for $150 per day (April–September only). Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. Pool depth ranges from 3–6 feet. Please note that outdoor temperatures may impact water temperature during colder months.

Pets
