Tout était très bien a l’exception qu’il était visible que la douche n’avait pas été nettoyée (cheveux d’un (e) précédente cliente. Cela n’inspire pas confiance pour le reste de la chambre (mais je n’ai rien remarqué)

Un hôtel bien ordinaire. Ne pas se fier aux photos. Petites chambres, pas de service cellulaire. J’ai dû prendre ma voiture pour faire des appels. Notre chambre en particulier n’était pas prête à 16h (l’heure de l’enregistrement) et on nous a donné une chambre avec vue sur un mur). Il y a beaucoup mieux à Sedona.

The property was nice and clean but the $25 a night parking fee was unnecessary and they should have been more upfront by including it in the fees given its location (i.e. not in a downtown area). The pool and fire pits were very well presented areas and we enjoyed spending time there. My son cut his foot on glass in the lobby. Staff were a mixed bag like anywhere, I did go down to the lobby to see the concierge but the desk was unmanned and there was limited information , I could also hear the check in staff loudly stating they were “pi$$ed off” that they had been pulled over by the police. Overall not really what I was expecting.

I’ll start by saying the property is beautiful and well maintained. Our view was spectacular! Bed was decent, shower was great. I would make some suggestions- update your coffee makers in the rooms and have real creamer instead of powdered. It would also be nice to have coffee available at the dining area without a charge In the morning instead of having to buy Starbucks. I would also suggest more lounge chairs around the pool… and umbrellas. I only counted 3 umbrellas and they were always taken. And last but very important- don’t charge for parking!😡 $25.00 per day that is not mentioned when making reservations- at least that I saw. Overall felt the property was nice but a little too expensive for what was offered.

An excellent property. It’s obviously fairly newer and in excellent condition. Our room was small but excellently appointed. Nits: A lack of night light in the bathroom necessitating turning on the bright lights when going to the bathroom at night. The $25 per day parking fee was also very inappropriate, I believe. I expect that in a big city property, but not for a property on the edge of a town with its own ample parking lot. Housekeeping seemed to struggle to get rooms cleaned during normal business hours, probably due to staffing and/or a lot of checkouts. Very nice but I might look for a property with a better value room rate next time

This hotel is one of my favorite. The staff are so friendly, they have a coffee shop inside the hotel. The coffee shop is also a small restaurant that serves delicious food. The vibe is really nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located right when you enter into Sedona - about 4 miles from the middle of town. I really liked the location and also walkable to the shuttle service to a few of the more popular hiking trails. The staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3 star rating was the beds were terribly uncomfortable, flat and bumpy. We didn't get great nights of sleep because of that and also the rooms were moderately clean.

This hotel is spectacular. We loved how it was away from the hustle and bustle of the busier tourist area but was still close to hiking trails and amenities. The view out our our room was awesome and worth every penny. Our room and the pool area was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The only down side is that $25 USD parking per night is a little steep when the property had plenty of parking available and this hotel is already on the pricier side.

It was a good stay. I always stay at Marriotts. They are pretty consistent. We booked a king room with a walk in shower and ended up getting a room with a rub. Not a huge deal, but it was different from what we booked and payed for.

The property was clean. Disappointed in check in process. Employee couldn’t find my reservation because she was searching for my first name. When I asked if my room had a good view, neither employee could tell me if it was good or not. The hotel charges $25/ night for parking, and the location is in the middle of nowhere. This is after spending over $300/night on the room. There are no extras…no water at check-in…Happy hour is discounted and the food is good. Breakfast is not included. In the room, the bathroom is large and very nice. The room is very small with 2 very small drawers, a very small frig, and a very small space for the sofa. We were supposed to get housekeeping service every other day. On the first day we were to receive service, I called to let the front desk know were we leaving the hotel for a few hours, so they could service the room. We got back that night, and no service had been completed. My overall opinion is that this hotel is poorly managed, and there is a lack of care at the site.
