Room was dirty, paid for a single bed online to be charged for a double bed once I arrived. Spiders crawling in the bed, door looked like it had been kicked in so there was a huge gap in the door. Terrible experience

Clean rooms. Stayed 3 nights. Friendly staff. I stayed at 2 other hotels in the area and this one was my fave out of the budget hotels.

CLEAN BUT RUDE
Cleaning service came banging on our door in the morning of our second stay, we had been in bed. My husband told her, we didn't require any service. She kept banging on the door insisting she smelled cigarette smoke, and we couldn't smoke in the room. We had smoked outside the night befor and even had our own ash tray, extremely RUDE!

Their was a horrible smell in the room. Also we killed several cockroaches. There were burn holes in the blankets also.

Booked a King Room, property didn’t have a king so put us in a double and up-charged for room. I have never been to a hotel that up-charged when you booked a room type that they did not have when you arrived. My experience has been they switch your room type but do not up-charge and apologize for the inconvenience. SCAM!!! The rooms are old, ugly, outdated and EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY SMALL!!! The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in, worn out mattress, that dipped in the middle. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, TERRIBLE!!!

Web site has smoking rooms but when I get there the state law says NO smoking. And I was charged $30 for smoking room and they wouldn't refund

Rooms smelled musty and bathrooms were covered in black mold. There were people drinking outside their rooms and music blasting in the parking lot. Checked in at 2:30 and left by 9pm. I refused to stay somewhere that made me feel unsafe. They said I was lying about the whole situation when I asked for a partial refund. Im out $140 but I refused to put my family in danger for a place to sleep.

Inexpensive clean older motel
Freshly painted, not a bad place to stay if you're not too picky. Fast hot water, fridge & microwave, clean comfortable bed. The bad: toilet rocked forward when you sat down and banged loudly against the wall when you stood up. Type of thing you find in an older property. Thinnest and cheapest tp possible. If you can live with that type of thing, it's a bargain for the price. (The toilet would be an easy fix if they just do it.)

Security issue
Front office wanted credit card for payment but was not able to bring pay pad near the office window. The attendant wanted my PIN number for my credit card to put through charges ! This is not acceptable !! no one should give out their PIN to anyone !!! I had to pay cash to stay there How ridiculous

We were there for a 3-day stay. Every single day while we were gone they would unplug the air conditioner so the room was hot and stuffy when we came back. There was roaches behind the refrigerator that kept crawling out. The bathroom faucet Hot Side was broken. I will never use this facility again. We actually went and rented a different Hotel because we couldn't stand the roach issue while we were sleeping.

This was the worst experience in our 40 years of staying in any type of hotel. Dirty, smelled and just poor staff interaction. Very Rude. Asked for sheets to be replaced and you would think that was something special. We continued back and forth Not worth the effort. Stripped all bedding, purchased new bedding We cleaned room top to bottom. Placed soiled bedding outside. Check-in in was worse. Arrived at 3:30 for 2 check. Was stated room not ready, but wanted payment Did not agree to this Again attitude. Why. This place shouldn't be on your web-site.

Only choice avail, I am not a smoker and I couldn’t sleep or breathe normally.. terrible nights.. lady at reception very indifferent on guest service shut the or cover the window before I was done asking questions, couldn’t get the tv in to save my life but couldn’t ask for help eithe.. frustrating
