« Host is very attentive and answered all of my questions. The house is great for families and is pet friendly for small pets. The beds were comfortable with nice furnishings. Kitchen worked great to prepare easy meals for our group. House is very clean and updated. « A lovely home and just right for our 10 family group. The boys enjoyed the miniature pool table! The towels and sheets were really luxurious . I would suggest that a small stool is needed to get onto the very tall beds. My short niece could not manage without help. The manager answered my questions promptly. »

« Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! »

« Perfect spot for our girls retreat. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice amenities. We loved all of the fall decor; it made it so cozy! We will be booking with this host again in the future. »
