« This is an outstanding place to stay in the Ft Smith area. If you ride the Arkansas Missouri rail to Van Buren, it would be worth the Uber or car rental. Hosts are eager to communicate with you. You won’t be disappointed if you like drinking your morning coffee on the front porch of your private rustic but very comfortable log cabin. »

« My partner and I had such a great time with our two pups that we decided to stay another night. Laura was a fabulous host, the property and surrounding park is absolutely stunning, and we cannot wait to come back as soon as possible. Highly recommend to any folks looking for a quiet getaway. Be aware that there’s no internet here, but cell service works great and Heavener has the essentials should you need any supplies. »

« Perfect hot tub for two my wife and I loved it. Didn’t get to use the fire pit but will next time we stay. Great place to bring groceries and just not leave for a few days. The kitchen was amazing. The bed was comfy. We cannot wait to go back. »

« Everything was clean. The photos were accurate. The location was great, nice and quite. Numerous hiking trails and streams. Our first scheduled day the property was occupied. Apparently there was a scheduling overlap. This necessitated a hotel stay. The host was apologetic and gave us an extra day on the back end of our stay. Overall it was a great place for the family to spend time together. Would do it again. »

« Took the whole family out to unplug from the world for a couple days. 10/10 recommend. The cabin was very well kept. Such a BEAUTIFUL property. Our kids didn't mention the internet once. Between swimming in the river all day and playing old school Pacman/Galaga in the evenings they stayed very occupied. Our dog got to run to his hearts content as well. We plan on coming back again in the future. It's a small slice of heaven that's for sure. »
