Bon compromis pour visiter Seattle sans se ruiner
Hôtel idéal pour visiter Seattle sans se ruiner car les hôtels sont hors de prix et les bouchons pour aller au centre de Seattle, interminables ! La station de train toute proche est pratique pour aller directement au centre ville de Seattle ou pour aller à l'aéroport. Les chambres sont assez grandes et confortables.

The property is a bit dated (exactly as pictured), but it’s clean and the staff is amazing. Airport shuttle service was prompt every use and they even shuttle to the light rail station upon request. We did walk it a couple times tho and it is less than 15 minutes and pretty easy. Bonus was a little continental breakfast in the mornings which were perfect to hold us over until we got downtown and did lunch. Grocery store and pub about 10 minute walk from hotel which were nice on our first evening as we flew in late and didn’t plan to go downtown.

The staff here were so nice and accommodating! The hotel was older and could stand a few updates, but many hotels are in that boat. The overall stay was nice, and I would absolutely stay here again.

While the room and bed were clean, the decor was dated, the layout of the room was odd, the carpet was so smashed it was like linoleum and the bath controls were barely working. The owners are attempting to make the best of a tough property. Expedia's profile pictures and reviews are overly optimistic and misleading.

First off the description is inaccurate. We booked a business suite as listed. They knew 5 people were coming and failed to communicate they could not accommodate that properly. Expected 2 queen beds and a sofa in which we paid for. Get to our room and see there is no sofa. Called the front desk and the gentleman did not want to help us, had us hold for the nice girl downstairs that checked us in to help us. Apon speaking to her she stated theres nothing they could due and could not provide a roll away bed or anything because there was too many beds in the room? Asked for several blankets and pillows to accommodate our children and was brought 1 pillow and 1 blanket. Parking lot is scary. Broke down cars and felt our vehicle was unsafe. Breakfast was grab and go with cheesy breakfast. Our teens ate nothing they gave. Beds were extremely hard. 2 pillows to a bed which are very flat pillows. Bedding seemed clean. If you need longer for a period of time id book elsewhere but if for a few hours and to sleep uncomfortably id go here. We wont be back unfortunately. Hallsways smelt musty or mildewy. A/c in room was not cold and could not reach anyone on the phone when we called several times. If you check in late the late person was no where to be found. (There was a sign stating they were out doing shuttle and be back in 15 minutes) The check in gal was nice and was very pleasant to deal with.

They allow us to check ✔️ in early due to very early flt arrival. Helped with shuttle options to the hotel an cruise terminal but also to the train terminal to allow us to do some sightseeing for the local area n then picked up back up. Place is on the older side but there is evidence of trying to keep it taken care of properly

This hotel met all our basic needs for the price. Very close to SeaTac. The only thing that stressed us out was that the shuttle to the airport did not leave as scheduled and the driver was nowhere to be found. 11 minutes later he comes out with coffee in hand. We had a scheduled Seaport appt and thought we had built in enough time but stressful because we are not familiar with the airport . Wish we had jumped in an Uber.

It was convenient to airport. Shuttle van old, and driver hit curb going back to hotel. Continental breakfast included more than just Danish, toaster, pancake machine, cereal. Includes airport shuttle. Staff very friendly. Will charge$25 for early check in. Will charge $25/person for cruise port shuttle. Property very old. Furnishings very old. Musty smell. Tv remote inoperable. Doors slam extreme loud if in first floor.

I thought that flight parking was included based upon the information but this is not the case. They will only accept CASH for parking fees which seemed really sketchy so I decided to just park at airport instead.

Many lights in the room were out Cups were not prepped But staff were very nice !!!

The pictures online are very deceiving. It looks newer and clean. The hotel was dirty; hair in the tub, moist bedding and smelled like someone was vaping. I spent a bit more to get a decent hotel, but was a bit disappointed. No coffee in the room, the staff is clearly short staffed so they run shuttle and counter (not their fault!). The even crew was great, but the morning staff wasn't pleased to deal with people. For this price, I would expect a decent place. I travel a lot, but don't plan on staying here again.

Nice place, great people!
We enjoyed our stay at Sutton Suites. The people were fantastic! We appreciated having the shuttle pick us up from the Airport. We appreciated the shuttle takings us to the cruise terminal, and on our return, picking us up from the cruise terminal and taking us to the airport. The stay was a good value, considering the time of year, the time of the week and all things considered.

Very out dated, old carpet, the kitchen stove stop was missing, the mattress was very very firm and left me with joint pain.

It was clean and the shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes. The staff was accommodating. They had a breakfast room with a few items. This appears to be a privately owned old Super 8. It deserves 1-2 stars for the overall cheap feel. The tv had static and the rooms were big but felt really low quality. The location worked really well for our needs.

If you're desperate
If its an absolute must stay then don't plan on getting a good nights sleep. The room smelled of mildew. Bed and pillows rick hard. Floor felt disgusting we kept our shoes on. Just not worth it.

nice and small hotel. believe it used to be a Super 8 motel. we booked for 3 people but only have 2 sets of towels. there was a giant 1 1/2 spider in the washroom.....scared my child..... friendly staff. Breakfast area was clean and tidy.
