The room was nice and clean at a good price. What I don’t like is that their checkout is at 11am and charge extra even for just a 12:00pm checkout.

I selected this hotel because I wanted to eat at IHOP that night, which is next door. I had a nice stay. My room was situated as such where the view was pretty nice. It was facing trees and no security light was in my eye. The room itself was a typical room, with a tv and beds, and typical hotel bathroom. Free breakfast was good and coffee was hot. Shuttle was easy to obtain both directions.

Al realizar el check in el cual fue tarde por la hora en que aterrizó el vuelo, nos dieron un cuarto el cual al solo entrar apestaba a café, pensé bueno, el huésped anterior hizo y quedó el olor. Pero al pasar el tiempo siguió el olor y resulta que habían dejado caer café en la alfombra, nunca la limpiaron y toda la familia al sacarnos los calcetines estaban percudidos de puro sucio y también lo blanco salió negro con olor a café. Nunca limpiaron el desorden. Cuando le dije del suceso en el front desk para reportarlo ya que no quería dijeran que fui yo, solo dijeron lo siento y no nos movieron. Quizás fue mala suerte que caí en esa habitación, pero no tuvieron que darla si estaba en esa condición.

Air conditioner vents were filthy. If I could provide pictures in this review I would. Caked on dust in the vents caused me an allergic reaction all night.

The morning breakfast fit the bill.however, I wish the dinning area wasnt so close to the main lobby of the facility, and it was bit larger. I found the breakfast area to be too small, and it gets easily full in the morning hours. Also, I counted a total of three privately own vehicles that were park right in front of the entrance blocking guessts access to the awning area outside the check in lobby. If these were employees vehicle, they were definitely park in the wrong area of the hotel.

The beds were very comfy, room was clean, no issues there. But checking in involved standing in line for 45 minutes (keep in mind we arrived at 11:00 pm) and so we were thoroughly exhausted by the time we got upstairs. Check-in time needs to be improved for sure.

You get what you pay for. Low quality hotel. Room was not as clean as I would like. Found dirty sticky candy on the floor. No hot water when I took a shower and they only have a shuttle once per hour so I had to leave much earlier than I planned. Since I had an early flight I had to leave at 5:40am (because of the shuttle) and I couldn't even get a piece of fruit to take with me. The staff was all there but nothing. No I would not recommend this hotel. Much better in the area.

We had to stay in the area due to an unexpected illness, and we found this hotel on Expedia with a good rating and reasonable price. We didn’t expect much but when we got here the room was clean and quiet. It had a fridge and microwave. It’s far enough from the airport that you don’t hear the planes and it has an IHOP next door so you won’t go hungry. This place was a lifesaver.

We had the larger rm up front with lots of room. That also comes with a lot of street noise, all nite. When we return 5/16 and again 6/5 I will ask for rm on back side down a few doors from elevator. Staff very accommodating. We have luggage stored for we are doing 2 kinds of travels. That’s why the middle stay 5/16. Thank you.
