This home is just around the corner from Washington State Convention Center. Located 2 mins away from Seattle Public Library-Central Library, 5 mins to the Beneath the Streets, 6 mins to The Seattle Great Wheel, 1 min to different Parks, 11 mins to Mt Baker Beach, and 3 mins away from different restaurants nearby.

The space

The cozy living room is setup with a comfortable couch. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer and dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair for you to use!

High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 500 Mbps and 43" Smart TV are all provided during your stay!

Other things to note
*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

* There is no free parking provided in this unit. But there is available secure underground paid parking garage located across the street from Nordstrom. The Pacific Place Garage has 2 entrances on 6th Ave (between Pine – Olive Way) and 7th Ave (between Olive Way and Pine). Parking hours are 5:00 AM - 2:00 AM and parking clearance is 6ft 8in. This parking garage is 11 mins walk away from the building and costs 20-30 dollars a day.

* The drying rack is available.

*Coin laundry (washer and dryer) is also available in the building on the second floor (out of the elevator take a right)

* There is no AC available in this unit but there are tower fans provided and heating can be controlled through a knob on the bottom heating panel near the kitchen.

*The building uses steam boilers that have a heating schedule.

*PLEASE NOTE: The latest check-in time is strictly 11pm. The keys for the unit are in a smart locker within a store that closes at 11pm.
