The room was very nice and clean and enjoyed my stay but would have liked the bathroom to have a door that closed properly and didn’t have glass on it as you wake people up with the light.

We were trying to order room service on Saturday and was transferred to voicemail four times and disconnected twice. The food was mediocre at best. The burgers were dry and fries looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. At $25 per burger I expected much better. The second complaint is I paid for our stay in advance but was still charge almost $60 for destination fees. I ah e no idea what this is for but it is ridiculous to have to pay more money on top of a supposedly paid for stay.

Had the best stay at the Hyatt Olive 8! I had chosen this hotel because of the amenities and they did not disappoint. The gym was equipped very well and the pool/hot tub was amazing! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They offered a $15 food voucher to use at the hotel each day of your stay. The only downfall about the hotel is the parking situation. The location was convenient and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle! Thanks for having us Olive 8!

Great amenities. Wasn't happy to be offered cleaning of the room every other day but then to find out it's every 3 days. A point of spending £2000 on a hotel is that you don't have to make your own bed/clean the room! Otherwise the hotel was great.

This hotel is so ghetto lol I cannot believe I paid the price I paid and yet it felt like a motel 8 plus. All the pics are of a spa downstairs that wasn’t even open when I came in the evening an hour after check in but said it will be the next day and to scan qr code in order to make an appt. I really doubt it’s ever used …and prices for the spa were ridiculous…the cheapest one was over $200. Anyway, the pool was nice but was divided into lanes for lap swimming…literally the whole pool. It was just depressing there…I stayed at the Westin prior to and even tho it was a little more (not by much) and more “upscale” compared to the olive, it had a waaaaay better family friendly vibe than this olive place. The olive is like trying to be a nice upscale property, but fails miserably with cheap plastic furniture and dirty elevators. It just gave a depressing vibe with all these little things piled up. Also, you can’t park your own car lol they don’t allow you to so you’re forced to pay valet or find your own parking somewhere else but it’s obvious how ghetto the area is so you’re basically forced to comply and pay an extra $60, $80 cuz of tips. Never staying there again…if you go to the annual Sakura convention, even tho this one is closer, I highly recommend the Westin instead. It was super fun and only a 10min walk

What a great place! It was a little pricey (as is most of downtown Seattle), but you definitely get what you paid for. Fantastic pool/gym/spa. Walking or easy transit access to most tourist spots downtown. Friendly and helpful staff, room was modern, clean, and VERY spacious. Note - if you’re driving, the ONLY hotel parking is Valet @ 40USD/night tips. There is, however, paid public parking directly across the street that’s a little more convenient and a bit cheaper.

Welcoming hotel in a great location downtown. Close to shops, Pike Place (15-20 mins walk), monorail to the arena was closeby. The only parking option on-site is valet which is a bit pricey, but convenient. Alternate parking is an open, paid parking lot across the street. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Enjoyed the on-site pool, hot tub and spa. Bagel shop is good, but busy so not the quickest at times. There are several coffee shops nearby though. Overall, a pleasant stay and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We'd stay again.
