We have been here 3 times and the front desk has always been extremely nice even when there is a huge rush of people! The hotel is in the heart of Seattle you can walk about 8 minutes down to the best fish and chips in the city and pike place market. This is our favorite spot to stay at

The staff is friendly and accomodating. I especially am grateful for Samir’s kindness and consideration. The hotel is very central to the concert venue that we were in town for (paramount) and easy access to many restaurants and pike place

Small room, no dresser or shelves in the room, just a luggage stand. Room looking back alley, A/C noise outside. OK for just one night stay, but I wouldn't book here again.

Dear Bret, thank you for your feedback. Looks like you stayed in one of our Queen rooms. We have many type of guest rooms ranging from larger King rooms to suites. Small bathrooms are not conducive to larger people. Parking was a challenge. We had to circle around several times before we could get a spot for the valet. No good dining/bar options nearby. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

We checked in to the hotel and when we got to the room it was freezing as it was a cold day. They have no heat in the room so we had to ask for a heater. Most things like an iron board or kettle needs to be requested. We called to see if we could switch rooms but was told we couldn’t coz we booked it through Expedia. The final issue was when we tired to use the shower there was no running water. When we called the front desk they said someone would come in half an hour but no one did. We ended up checking out and leaving the hotel the same day. The staff didn’t seem to care about any of our concerns either. The bathtub was quite dirty and unclean. The room was stuffy and extremely small. You couldn’t even open up two suite cases.

We did not want you to have any more problems, which the reason we gave you a full refund for you to find alternate accommodations. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Excellent hotel, room and building clean. Bedroom is small and bathroom is very small. Great location, walk to restaurants and attractions. I stayed for three days and would repeat again.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of the stadiums and the marketplace. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small, but that wasn't an issue since we were only there to sleep. The lobby is cute, and the check-in process is smooth and easy. Having a bar next door was an added bonus.

It's an older building, so not particularly modern. However, it's set up nicely and it's in an area where you can walk to a lot of places.

The property is old but has been renovated and is clean and spacious. It was quiet and safe to walk around at night. Central location which is close to many restaurants and bars, easily walkable to the piers and Pike Place.

Me and My Lady stayed here frm Arizona for her 21st Birthday We enjoyed are stay Its Near The pike Market Everything was pretty much walkable including the Monorail Which was very easy for us to get to the airport Service was great thanks to Samir.
